The house has been beautifully renovated and interior designed. On the ground floor there is a spacious well equipped kitchen with everything you need including a large fridge freezer and coffee machine and dishwasher. The open plan space includes a dining area that overlooks the balcony area and the amazing view across the valley. On the same floor there is a spacious light and airy living room overlooking the balcony and view plus an extra dining area for a formal dinner. To complete this floor there is a half bathroom. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, three doubles with king sized beds are serviced by a full bathroom with shower then there is an additional bedroom with a pull out full sized sofa bed of 2 singles, There is some basic gym equipment and a full sized desk and the full bathroom. Down one floor you can find a large spacious additional living space complete with sofas and a TV that leads out onto a small terrace area. On this floor you can also find a laundry area with washer and dryer.Wifi is available throughout and so is air conditioning for the warm summer nights and heating during winter months. there is parking for one car outside the house but there is small parking area almost opposite the house for additional vehicles. Allerona is a beautiful hilltop town and whilst small there is an amazing restaurant on the doorstop and small bar/cafes. Allerona Scalo just 10mins away and has all amentities, supermarkets, bars, pharmacies and more. A short drive away Orvieto is one of Umbrians most beautiful towns with one of the best Duomos in Italy and lots more to see and experience. In the area there are wine tastings, cooking classes or you can visit the famous Civita di bagno Regio, visit lake Bolsena or the thermal spas of Saturnia, the list is endless. Orvieto station is free parking and from there you can direct trains to Florence, Rome, Arezzo or even up to Milan and Venice.
