Casa ristrutturata nel 2018, situata ai piedi delle montagne di Allevard les Bains.
La casa è di 1 ora di auto da Ginevra e Lione, e 30 minuti da Grenoble.
Le piste da sci sono 20 minuti e il centro del villaggio 5 minuti con accesso a negozi, cinema e area termale
La casa ha al piano principale un ampio soggiorno con salotto, sala da pranzo e cucina, più 1 soggiorno / camera da letto separati. Al piano superiore, una master suite tra cui spogliatoio e bagno, una camera matrimoniale, 1 camera doppia e un bagno.
La piscina 12x4 è riscaldata da maggio a ottobre, la spa utilizzabile durante l'anno.
Camino panoramico, barbecue, parco giochi per bambini, ampio parcheggio, paesaggio terrestre, vista lago e montagne.

Week end familial

Un week end de retrouvailles avec nos enfants ! Tout le monde a trouvé son compte . Certains ont skié , d autre ont marché et les courageuses ont étudié ! Les propriétaires nous ont proposé gentiment et spontanément de garder le logement jusqu à dimanche soir ce qui a permis à nos étudiantes de pouvoir continuer de travailler au calme , et à tous d éviter les bouchons de retour de stations !

very disappointing

Unfortunately this accommodation was a real disappointment. Absolutely dirty and unkempt accommodation. The kitchen, chairs and floor were dirty. The bathrooms were only moderately cleaned from the previous ones. There was still hair to be found in the shower, sink and floor. Unkept terrace and there were broken pieces on the terrace. Really bad with a child. The garden shed almost collapses because the beams are rotten. The cover of the whirlpool was also very dirty. All in all a very disappointing place to stay. I would like to reiterate the urgency of this feedback! We're not being overly picky, but that didn't work at all. The dishes were also very dirty. But with the kitchen drawer and all that dirt, it's no wonder. Unfortunately, some blinds didn't work either

nous avons passé un très bon séjour et l'annonce correspondait tout à fait à la réalité. notre hôte aime la technologie et nous avons bien rigolé pour faire fonctionner four, plaques et volets électriques et éclairage. en cette période nous avons apprécié le grand salon, la cheminée et le jacuzzi qui était un vrai plus pour nous pour nous détendre. maintenant reste plus qu'à essayer l'été. je recommande ;)

Mooi huis met heerlijk zwembad

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. In de buurt (30-45 minuten) is er voldoende te doen, afwisselend van wandelen tot bezoeken van steden of musea. Het huis was heel ruim en had alle geneugten. Het zwembad is lekker ruim en wordt verwarmt, dus is nooit echt koud. Het huis heeft ook overal rolluiken waardoor het cool blijft in huis. Op de slaapkamers is het wel ietsjes warmer. We hadden tijdens ons verblijf helaas ook een stroomstoring waardoor we we geen stroom meer hadden. Maar samen met de eigenaar hebben wie via whatsapp contact alles weer aan het werk gekregen. Wel een aandachtspunt is dat het huis een mooie betonvloer heeft en hier en daar staal, dus je moet wel opletten met vocht en water.

Lovely place

We had a great couple of weeks, the house was lovely, the views are amazing. Allevard is a great town with plenty of choice of restaurants. WiFi in the house was a bit patchy in the bedrooms but the teenagers coped! Communications with Remi were easy and quick, we would definitely return and recommend

Très beau séjour à Allevard à 15 minutes des pistes. La maison est magnifique, très bien entretenue et très propre. Les équipements sont très complets et le jacuzzi est un vrai plus en hiver. Aussi, les instructions d’accueil sont très claires et les propriétaires restent toujours disponibles au besoin. La location de cette maison s'est déroulée de manière exceptionnelle ! Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables et nous recommandons vivement cette location à tous ceux qui recherchent un lieu confortable et accueillant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

La maison est agréable, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, surtout en cuisine. Dommage qu'un volet roulant était hs dans la grande chambre, le jacuzzi était sale et froid a notre arrivée mais le propriétaire a réagi rapidement. L'accès au jardin demanderait une allée pour le pas glisser dans l'herbe et ne pas salir le jacuzzi. La cheminée est un vrai plus mais les vitres étaient tellement noires que nous avons du tenter des les nettoyer pour en profiter. Il manquerait aussi un service d'assiette pour éviter de faire trop souvent la vaisselle. Sinon tout était top.

Très bon sejour

Très belle maison avec de beaux espaces en bas, les materiaux sont de qualités. Les 2 salles de bains et 3 toilettes sont aussi appréciables avec 3 enfants. La piscine est très agréable (sans chlore) et le jacuzzi est un vrai plus. Bémol néanmoins sur le ménage qui était vraiment limite. Faire les fenêtres du bas pour la vue, la vitre de l'escalier et les baies vitrées seraient un vrai plus. La pelouse aurait également nécessité une tonte plus récente... Le propriétaire a été très réactif à toutes nos questions donc très bon point positif.

Allevard

Belle maison décorée avec goût, beau matériel, belle vue, malheureusement extérieure pas entretenu, piscine impraticable sale, verte ... impossible de s'y baigner alors que notre choix pour cette maison était motivé par la piscine. Obligé de nettoyer table, salon de jardin terrasse car pas fait depuis longtemps...la 4ème chambre est sans porte et près des pièces de vie. Dommage.

2nd time staying - location great

We’ve stayed here a couple of years ago and liked the location and decent price. The hot tub is nice and it’s pet friendly. The primary bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed. The other two rooms are pretty basic. It would be nice if they had LVT throughout the main floor as I think the carpet should be changed (mentioned this previously) basics I. Stock including laundry detergent.

Beau chalet à 20 minutes des stations de ski

Belle propriété. Beaux volumes. Grand jardin. Escalier inadapté aux enfants. Il faudrait rajouter une rampe. Trop d’ustensiles de cuisine inutiles. Prévoir services de couverts neuf et propre car tout est disparate et assez vieillot. Il faudrait mettre des serviettes de bain. L’armoire de la chambre était remplie de vêtements du propriétaire il est donc impossible de ranger des vêtements à l’intérieur. Il faudrait prévoir un four microondes. Le ménage de la maison doit être amélioré (poussière, baies vitrées, rangement terrasse extérieure, barbecue, seau rempli de mégots sur la terrasse …).

Respectloos naar huurder

Met vrienden in de leeftijd van 48 tot 64 jaar het huis gereserveerd voor een week. Bij aankomst troffen we overal spullen van de eigenaar aan (inclusief kleren van de eigenaar in de enige klerenkast die in het hele huis aanwezig was). Slecht gepoetst (spinnenwebben, bestek en pannen eerst door de vaatwasser gedaan, niet schoon) peuken in BBQ en open haard. Dit ook dag erna netjes bij eigenaar aangegeven, maar hij nam zich niet de moeite voorbij te komen en situatie te komen bekijken. Ondanks dat we hem ervoor hadden uitgenodigd. Hij schoot in de verdediging dat dit niet mogelijk was, nergens op gebaseerd dus. Doordat een iPad met de punt ervan op de tafel viel, is tafel in de ochtend van vertrek stuk gegaan. Dit werd netjes gemeld en we hebben zelfs de brokstukken buiten gelegd, zodat niemand zich kon bezeren. Waarop we weer een zeer vervelend mailtje terugkregen dat we respectloos met de spullen zijn omgegaan en dat huishoudster een puinzooi had aangetroffen. We zullen geen woning meer boeken waar geen aanwezigheid is bij aankomst en vertrek van de verhuurder en ons als huurder. Nu wilt de eigenaar dit verhalen en er een slaatje uit slaan met een fikse onkostenvergoeding (kapotte salontafel en achterstallig poetswerk). Uiteraard vergoeden we de tafel, maar het poetswerk niet. Klap op de vuurpijl gaat hij ons in een kwaad daglicht zetten en een negatieve recensie over ons schrijven. We hebben in totaal 5 keer met deze groep een woning voor een week gehuurd en altijd netjes een compliment gehad over hoe de woning werd achtergelaten en dit komt doordat er bij aankomst en vertrek een controle werd uitgevoerd. PS: het is maar voor 6 volwassenen geschikt en niet zoals hij het aangeeft 8-10 personen. Doordat we met 8 volwassenen waren, heeft iemand op de kinderkamer en één op de bank in woonkamer geslapen. Kortom een nare ervaring, die helaas grote gevolgen heeft. Groetjes de TDF liefhebbers

Super séjour

Nous avons réservé la maison pour un séjour au ski au collet d’allevard (20 min en voiture de la maison) avec des amis. Cela fait la 3 eme année qu’on reserve la maison et nous sommes jamais déçus. Hôte tres facilement disponible et agréable. Nous prévoyons également d’y retourner.

Very bad experience

The house is nice but there is a lot of inconveniences. At the first sight it is plenty of clothes and products from the owners. The wardrobe is plenty of clothes so you can not use it, and there is no place to leave your own clothes. The house smells like smoke meat, and the fridge is full of expired food. Cleaning sucks and there are not available towels ,so you will have to pay for it (15 EUR x towel) The garden is plenty of sheet and the barbecue and fireplace plenty of ashes at the arrival. Problems with warm water. The owner ask us to pay a fee for several details that we are not responsible. Be careful, and ready to pay extra fees.

Great house and surroundings!

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The pool and the surroundings are great. Multiple shops and restaurants are available in a 5 minute drive. We hope to come back next year.

Belle location mais quelques contraintes et manquants

Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine entre amis dans cette maison moderne. L'emplacement est idéal et les espaces extérieurs de qualité. La piscine (non chauffée) et le jacuzzi sont fidèles aux photos et agréables. Si à première vue la maison présente de beau matériaux (béton ciré dans la cuisine et salle de séjour par exemple) ils sont assez contraignants (éviter les éclaboussures d'eau dans la cuisine, ne pas marcher pieds nus dans l'escalier...) Enfin des éléments de bon sens ne sont pas présents : 2 verres à bière et aucun verre à vin pour une maison pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes (nous en avons acheté sur place), un barbecue non nettoyé, une maison remplie des affaires des propriétaires si bien que nous avons l'impression d'être accueillis chez des amis (cela n'est pas dérangeant en soi mais nous l'avons découvert une fois sur place). Attention également au voisinage, très sensible au bruit (nous n'étions pourtant que 4 et avons fait attention). En bref, la maison présente un atout majeur: les espaces extérieurs, mais certains aspects peuvent faire regretter un prix à la semaine si élevé.

Lovely place

Stunning view and well laid out for families. The house is well equipped and the pool and spa will keep the children occupied all through the day. Very nice pool area and garden. The nearest town has a cozy little square with several restaurants and a church. Come here for lunch and enjoy the scenery. Would definately return.
