“Ideally located for our needs. In the heart of Downtown St Cloud. Parking good. Breakfast good, nice outdoor area to sit in. Staff brilliant really helpful. Really interesting building. ”

“Didnt get a chance to get in the pool”

“Had to swipe the key 10 times, got locked in the bathroom, faulty door handle. We came for the water park and were told it opened at 10am. we stayed late for this but were then informed that it opened at 11 and the slides, only one of which was working, didn't open until 2. All we got to use was the pool. Breakfast was disappointing, no muffins, no bagels, no bacon or sausage and no to go boxes. We have stayed here three times. Not sure we will be returning.”

“The room was clean enough and updated with paint and marble in the bath. Bed was ok. Floors are newer tile. Everything else was very dated. The shower curtain was smelly and we didn’t even want to use the shower. It’s also located on a very busy road across from a hospital. Traffic noise and emergency vehicle noise kept me up most of the night. I think I got 3 hours of sleep max. Stay at your own risk.”

“There’s no one at the front desk. They gave us a code. The code did not work. Eventually a staff pass by and open with a key. We text and call to get a working code and never got a hold of anyone. We could not leave the room or we would be lock out. No hot shower. German cockroaches everywhere. And a horrible bad. Again… you can’t complain as they will not answer phone or text. Save your self a headache. Do not stay here.”

“Room was great, clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff were great. Only downside was sound travels. We were on the first floor and you could hear clearly people talking in the hallway and doors slamming shut. ”

“Clean and the smart room is interesting and enjoyable. The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast in the cafe is wonderful with the environment, view and food. The garden and artwork are fascinating and we enjoyed throughout our stay. This is our favorite staycation location!”
