“We had such a lovely time here - this apartment on the top floor of this home is spacious, clean, well-stocked, and in a lovely neighborhood of Tacoma. Matt was a great host - unobtrusive but very responsive when we had a question. Would highly recommend, and will stay there again next time if we can!”

“Neighborhood is not well cared for-- place opens onto trashy parking lot. Trash and debris outside the door caused a stink/unclean entrance-- should be cleared better. A door mat as you enter apartment would help. Apartment is worn, with basic amenities but all inside was clean and functional, except TV. We had to call host when TV would only show one channel. They brought over a Roku that my tech-savvy husband had to set up. A converter for the Roku-to-power plug was not included with the...
