“Hotel was conveniently located. The entire hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was simple, but had every thing we needed. Coffee and tea was available 24/7, we loved that. My only suggestion would be that they change sheets every other day.”

“Horrible practice of putting children on 2nd floors, sounded like a heard of elephants over our heads we were literally just there to sleep, but it started in first thing in the am, loud slams I had to call the front office. We were placed by an outside access door that slammed the whole time as well. The room had one chair and it was coming apart, decor needs updating. “The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced; it was lumpy and had a deep dip on the side I slept on. The bedding was nice.”

“Staff was helpful but not too cheerful. Room was clean but toilet would leak every time it was flushed. Nothing to complain about, just being transparent for the next customer to know. I would bring my own body wash and shampoo. Plenty of parking and good location.”

“Great Parking, Great Staff, (Shoutout to Milo) and walking distance from most things youll want to see. Vending machines were a hit. Both gentlemen that assisted me did wonderful. Stayed in 317 and the room was great. Some minor blemishes in the room but nothing too serious. Didn't take away from the stay. Had to share a room with a Mr.Kruger but bro was cool lol 9/10 would recommend for sure!”

“The walk to SAP Center was great, less than 8 minutes. No airport shuttle, but the bus from the airport into downtown San Jose is free from the airport which was nice. Lots of food choices in the area. The breakfast options in the hotel are expensive compared to other places I have stayed. Lyft was fairly reasonable and the drivers were great. The staff at the SAP were great, really good customer service.”

“Rooms are very clean and parking was not a problem. I checked out at 4:45 am to be at Good Samaritan Hospital at 5am. Due to a change in the schedule, I was left without a room at 5am. I decided to return to the hotel and they were kind enough to reactivate my key and check-out at 11am. Customer service is excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will be returning.”
