We booked our room in mid-October.
The first five days were fine, but on the last day, we were suddenly told we had to vacate our room immediately due to a “broken window.” We had stayed in this room all week, and the window had been perfectly fine the entire time.
While we were on a mountain tour, we started receiving strange calls from the hotel. Eventually, the administrator-cashier contacted us there and insisted we vacate the room immediately because “workers were coming to fix the window.”
This was extremely inconvenient and stressful. We were scheduled to check out the next evening, our belongings and gifts were spread across the room, and instead of resting after a long day, we had to pack and move everything in a rush, which took over two hours.
The new room, which was promised to be “of the same quality,” was far worse. The shower drain was completely clogged — we had to shower standing in dirty water with other people’s hair.
Unfortunately, the behavior of the administrator-cashier was completely unprofessional and indifferent, ruining the end of our stay. It was clear that she didn’t care that her actions could negatively affect the hotel’s rating.
A professional who respects their guests would never force people to move rooms on their last night before a long international flight. It is completely unclear why the “broken” window,couldn’t have been repaired after our departure.
We cant recommend this hotel to anyone due to such poor management
