Villa Belvedere is on the outskirts of Omis, up a winding road, and offers the most amazing views of the coast. The Villa is perfectly appointed, and Dino is the perfect host. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 1 week in the second week of September! The property is just as nice as the photos and the view is even better! Though the listing states the pool is salted, it barely is at all it’s very refreshing. The only thing is there are lots of steps without balustrades which could be an issue with older and very young guests. You will need a car to get around as nothing is walkable from the property, we sadly missed the restaurant being open! But I imagine that is...

Hosts relatives live near the house so when it rained they removed the wet doormat and looked after the place. Beautiful location, roads took a bit of getting used to. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well presented on arrival and rooms are spacious including the downstairs living area which comfortably gave us space. It was easy to walk to the beach which we used on several days. “very beautiful apartments in the middle of the OMIS old town. everything was good and host was very helpful. parking nearby inlcuded light drink breakfast inlcuded in the vafè below the house To be precise only 2 minor negatives: 1) to access the apartments you have to walk 100 meter in the old town (with your luggage and not possible by car) but there is no way to stay in the old town and park inside it! 2) washing machine is old and not working properly drowdowns”
