The bathroom, spacious and functional, has a shower and bathtub, perfect for relaxation.

The living room is a bright space with a fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals that can be enjoyed in the adjacent dining area.

Outside, an extensive porch leads to an outdoor summer kitchen, equipped for barbecues, where meals can become a delightful social experience. The mountain views provide a tranquil setting, and the pool, surrounded by sun loungers, is excellent for sunbathing.

The access road to the house is approximately 3km long.
