Appartamento situato sulla Costa Tropical di Granada, nella meravigliosa baia di La Herradura, nel comune di Almuñécar. Al confine tra le province di Granada e Malaga. Circondato dall'imponente paesaggio naturale formato da scogliere di pini e spiagge spettacolari con acque cristalline.
L'appartamento, completamente rinnovato nel 2.014 e in tutte le sue camere completamente climatizzate per l'estate e l'inverno, gode di una vista mozzafiato sulla baia dallo stesso letto della camera da letto principale e dalla sua grande terrazza di 20 m² dove è possibile godersi le indimenticabili albe e serate da sogno. Si compone di due camere matrimoniali, due bagni, cucina completa e nuovissimo, ampio soggiorno di 30 m², TV satellitare, WIFI, stereo. Il luogo ideale per ricaricare le batterie e trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile.

This was everything we would wish for in a holiday home. A beautifully clean and minimalist interior; a spacious balcony (and what sunsets!);a handy cove for swimming; a huge choice of restaurants and warm, friendly hosts. 100 percent recommendation from Maggie and John.

Perfect winter get-away!

The apartment is beautifully appointed, contemporary and ideally located. It is overlooking the Herradura Bay from all windows. The large outside terrace was perfect in January with weather 65 degrees F and lots of sun. It’s a 3 min walk to the beach and several fabulous restaurants and grocery markets. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!!! José and his wife are the best hosts - friendly, professional and happy to provide information about the area and things to do!

Beautiful apartment, very good location.

Property was really lovely spacious and comfortable with everything you would possible need catered for. A view to the sea and evening sun pouring into the balcony enjoying sunsets every night. A short walking distance from the town. A good parking facilities. A gem.

Comme à la maison!

Du 1er mai au 23 mai, nous avons passé un magnifique 3 semaines dans votre beau condo à La Herradura. Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement d’une très grande propreté et très magnifique. Votre condo est bien divisé et offre un très beau séjour. La cuisine comprend tout pour faire à manger ainsi que des appareils qui fonctionnent très bien. La pièce extérieure nous a permis de prendre nos repas en regardant la mer et une vue magnifique de La Herradura et des montagnes environnantes. Comme il ne prend que quelques minutes, à pied, pour se rendre à la plage et au village, nous avons marcher chaque jour pour découvrir ce lieu à l’architecture très intéressante. Les gens sont très accueillants et heureux de faire connaître leur milieu de vie. Comme les montagnes sont très proches et faciles d’accès, nous avons découvert de très beaux petits villages et des gens formidables. Nous vous recommandons chaleureusement cette location et vous souhaitons un aussi beau séjour que celui qu’on a eu. Merci à nos propriétaires qui ont leurs visiteurs à coeur. Danielle et Yvan

The property was just as described. It is bright and cheerful. The bedroom and living room open on to the terrace. The view is outstanding, an unimpeded view of the sea. The property is comfortable, quiet and safe.

La Herradura

We stayed in this apartment for 7 weeks in oct/nov and had a great time there. This was our 8th visit to La Herradura so we know the area well. The apartment is one of the best we have rented here. It is very well equipped, so we made most of our meals there. It's only a 6 min's walk to the beach and the nearest restaurant. We love hiking in the mountains so La Herradura is perfect with just a short drive Rio de la Miel and Rio Verde Valley. We loved the view from the balcony, watching the fishermen in the morning and the beautiful sunsets at night. We even saw dolphins three times. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, and we hope to come back one day! Terje and Ann

Very nice apartment with amazing view

We have just had the pleasure to stay a week in this wonderful apartment. Well equipped and clean with an amazing view over the bay and La Herradura. Only comment is that madras was hard, but tenet promptly responded that they will fix that. All in all tenants have been very nice and responded promptly to all our questions and requests. We also had a very smooth check-in and check-out. The area is very nice with beach and restaurants in walking distance. Most shopping can be done in Alumnecar. We liked our stay so much that we have already booked our next stay in October and can only give our best recommendations.

This property was perfectly situated for a range of activities whether for a gentle local seaside stroll or as a base to explore further afield. Modern apartment with spectacular view

Lovely apartment, best view we have experienced from the terrace. All mod cons, comfortable beds, very quiet but within 7 minutes walk of all the bars and restaurants. Check in was handled well by Jose Luis and his wife. Unfortunately, we arrived in La Herradurra at 12:00, they both work so could not let us in before 17:00. Otherwise, perfect.

Super Apartment with Spectacular Views.

Owners met us at the apartment and showed us around. Extremely clean and well presented. Air conditioning in living room and both bedrooms with individual controls. Very well appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need. But the star of the show is the balcony which extends the whole width of the apartment. Views are stunning. 5 minute walk to La Herradura beach. I highly recommend the apartment and we will certainly return. Thanks again to the owners for making our stay so good.

Wunderbare Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen und supersauberen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küchenausstattung lässt für Selbstversorger keine Wünsche offen. Auch sonst war alles wie beschrieben. Jose und seine Frau sind überaus zuverlässige und freundliche Gastgeber. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

A very attractive apartment with good decor and very comfortable and homely.

My wife and I spent a week here to check out the area for an extended stay. We love cooking and found everything in the kitchen that we needed and the terrace was the perfect place to enjoy our food which had plenty of room for the table and chairs to eat at. There was also comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. The full height windows in the lounge and main bedroom we fantastic giving plenty of natural light into the apartment. All of the property was very cleanly decorated and all fittings were modern. The bathrooms had plenty of space for storage and their was a choice of either shower or a bath. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this property to anyone.

Lovely Apartment

Having stayed in La Herradura previously we found this apartment ideally located for being able to walk into town without having to drive. The apartment has a contemporary feel and is exactly as shown with a very nice terrace and wonderful views of the bay and ideally situated on "Punta de la Mona" . The owners were there to meet and greet and very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family and look forward to booking this apartment again in the future.
