Recently built house.
This spectacular modern-style villa is located in a prime location, just steps from the beach, 250 meters away, yet boasting stunning sea and mountain views.
The ground floor consists of four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the living room and kitchen, which extends over 50 meters. Directly opposite the living room, we have access to numerous terraces and the pool.

Upstairs, there is a room with its own bathroom, which serves as a multifunctional room, bedroom, game room, and home theater. It has a pool table and ping-pong table, and a large terrace that wraps around the house.

Parking is available both inside the property and along the exterior wall of the house. The infinity pool measures approximately 9.5 meters long x 4.5 meters wide, with submerged seating. Four of the five bedrooms have sea views, and the large windows maximize the views and allow natural light to flow in.
It's just a stone's throw from the "Tito Yayo" beach bar on Cabria Beach.
We have an outdoor jacuzzi with five seats: two reclining and three sitting.

Lovely villa

Amazing views from the villa, pool was great and hot tub was a great place to sit and enjoy the views. Great that every room had an en-suite. Pool table was great fun and kids loved the movie room. Would thoroughly recommend this property. Very easy check in process and communication with the host.

Excellent Villa in Great Location

The villa was fantastic, clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool and the views were awesome. Plenty of places to visit locally, and Almunecar was a very nice town. Antonio met us on arrival and showed us around, and explained how everything worked. Excellent welcome pack, the best we have ever had. All in all we had a very enjoyable week.

Magnifique séjour !!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa qui est dépaysante avec une vue imprenable. Tout correspond en termes de descriptif et des photos. L'accueil d'Antonio et de son fils Alexandro est exceptionnel avec un pack offert par l'hôte. Petits désagréments qui ne gâchent en rien le séjour tant ils ont été très bien pris en charge. Antonio et son fils sont très sympas et disponibles tout comme le couple qui est en charge de la maintenance. Bref nous recommandons la villa ! merci à tout ce petit monde qui vous assure de bonnes vacances.

Family holiday July 2024

We have just come back from an amazing two week holiday at this beautiful villa. On arrival the owner and his son met us with the keys, gave us a tour and showed us how everything worked and left us with a food starter kit which was a lovely added touch. Everything you need for a great holiday is available with lots of extras including a coffee machine, hot tub, pool table and ping pong table. The infinity pool is fabulous (just take care if you have young children as there is quite a drop). The views from the villa are stunning and the local beach is accessible by foot but is quite a walk uphill on the way back but there is plenty of free parking if you have a car. Shops and supermarkets are a ten minute drive away and we would recommend having a car as taxis are difficult to book and we all got stranded one evening in Almuñécar for over an hour to get home after dinner. Any queries we had with the owner were immediately replied to on WhatsApp and the maintenance man who came out didn’t speak any English but was not a problem as we communicated using Google translate and he was very helpful and friendly. We were a family of eight adults and we had the best time, would highly recommend this villa and we’ve already rebooked for 2025.

Traumhafter Urlaub in einer traumhaften Villa

Der Aufenthalt war grandios. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Sauberkeit war überdurchschnittlich. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Am Tag der Anreise war sogar der Kühlschrank schon mit Lebensmitteln gefüllt. Wir waren alle überwältigt von so viel Gastfreundschaft. Es war einfach toll, wir würden gern sofort wieder kommen und es all unseren Freunden sehr empfehlen. Danke an Antonio für diese tolle Zeit.

Estancia idílica, paraíso de ensueño

Cuando llegamos a la casa parecía que nos habíamos confundido. ¡No podía ser que fuera incluso mejor que en las fotografías! Todos los detalles estaban cuidados al máximo nivel: vistas maravillosas sobre la piscina infinita mirando al mar (¡hasta vimos delfines desde la terraza!), barbacoa y utensilios de cocina de altísima calidad, aire acondicionado y una barbaridad de luz natural gracias a unos ventanales enormes, sofás y tumbonas comodísimos para relajarse y dormir la siesta... Además de todo el entretenimiento adicional con proyector gigante para ver películas, la mesa de billar y la mesa de ping-pong. Las habitaciones eran bastante espaciosas y con suficiente sitio para poner ordenar la maleta en el armario y sentirte como en casa. Nos dejaron champús, gel, varias toallas por persona, pastillas del lavavajillas, detergente para la lavadora . ¡Todos esos objetos que necesitas durante unas vacaciones pero no quieres llevarte en la maleta! Y además las zonas comunes también eran lo suficientemente espaciosas para alojar a 10 personas sin problemas. Los anfitriones fueron extremadamente simpáticos y serviciales, siempre nos respondían rápido a todas las preguntas y acomodaron nuestras necesidad de check-in y check-out, y además ¡nos agasajaron con cervezas frías y vino cuando llegamos! ¿Qué más se puede pedir? ¡Estamos deseando volver el año que viene! ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

A Spanish Secret

This is without doubt, the place to go for beautiful scenery with the Med to your left, the Mountains to your right and a backdrop of the city seen from the magnificent pool. Waking up to this is a great start, middle and end of the day. Well maintained kitchenware and amenities. Transport is a must but the extra effort is very well rewarded.

Tremendous Villa & Host

We booked Antonio's villa from 22nd July to 2nd August 2023. The villa is absolutely stunning. What you see in the photos doesn't really do it justice. Antonio's communication all the way from booking the villa, through to arrival and departure was great. We had a few questions regarding things like pool towels, hairdryers etc and he was so responsive. He also met us at the villa on arrival with his son, Alejandro and gave us a brief tour. A real surprise on arrival was the welcome pack, which included butter, milk, margarine, fruit, coke, beers, coffee and tea (PG Tips so they knew their audience!!!) and bread. The villa also had all the 'basic' necessities like toilet roll, kitchen roll, foil, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid etc. The villa itself was so clean and spacious. It has Smart TV's so if you want to amuse the kids in the middle of the day when avoiding the sun you can connect your Netflix, Prime accounts etc The general amenities in the villa were great. If you love coffee you have 3 different options. A nespresso type machine, a filter machine and a 'proper' coffee-making machine. The views from the villa were stunning! From dawn until dusk they are ever-changing and it was great having a glass of wine in the evening and watching the sunset. Location-wise you need a car. It is close to some lovely restaurant but if you are elderly you will struggle with the walk back. Really highly recommended!!
