“Really lovely hotel, with really friendly and helpful staff.
Beautiful location, and we liked that it was a 10-15 walk into town. It's a steep walk, but easy in regular footwear.
Really well appointed room - obviously in chalet style, and had everything that was needed.
The restaurant was excellent - though I'm not a massive fan of tasting menu's - which was the only option. Everything served up was excellent though, and the service was very good. Recommended.”

“We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a few nights. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, nothing was too much bother. Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed, large room and lovely public areas. The evening meals and breakfast were delicious. The perfect place to ski as the main gondola is just a 2min walk away & there is plenty parking around the hotel. We hope to come back another time!!”

The only issue is the missing air conditioner, I know in mountain location is no need but this year in August was really hot and in the apartment as well.”

"Am enchanted place just a few hundred meters outside of Chamonix. The room was big and comfortable, with a very nice terrace. The place was incredibly silent and immersed in the forest, nearby a roaring river. "

Alla nostra richiesta di cambiare la stanza poiche si sentiva un forte odore di vernice, ci hanno subito accontentati dandoci una stanza di livello superiore.

"Personale scortese, di una maleducazione che non vi so spiegare! Hôtel sporco, letti sporchi, camera scadente, fuori le finestre non vi dico! Colazione pagata 14 franchi a persona e non. C’era niente. Parcheggio a pagamento 20 franchi al giorno. Peggio di così non mi poteva andare! "
