“The room wasn't that big, but it was clean and comfortable for 3 days. The view of the mountains from the room was also wonderful like Switzerland. On the last day, they took care of the big luggage, and I enjoyed the Bengen hike with light luggage and heart. Thank you very much.”

“I had great expectations for this stay since I’ve been to Wengen several times and I looked forward to stay at this hotel, that I value as the best there. It was a short stay to ski, so I arrived and I departed late. The reception closes at 16.00 so I found my room key waiting for me with a nice note and that’s it. After 16.00 there’s also no service to and from the station: a minor issue. I felt really unwelcome without a human contact with the reception: I can understand that at a “cheap”...
