“Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The sister hotel, Hotel Romantik Santis, was also excellent. The sauna is located offsite (not at Hecht) but was easy to reserve. Also, I highly recommend the restaurant at Santis. The food, wine menu, and service were outstanding.”

“Excellent location just on the edge of old town. Easy walkability to everywhere, 10 minutes from train station. Apartment is clean, beautiful, and so many windows were helpful to keep it cool in hot weather. Would stay here again! ”

“The hotel was perfect it was a last minute booking as I got too tired travelling back to Basel after every match. All the staff were friendly and there was everything I needed. Breakfast was great and the there was a bus stop right outside the hotel which made getting straight back from the match so easy. Had a great night's sleep it was very quiet and would come back again”

“Sehr gutes 3 Sterne Hotel, Frühstück und Service sind gut, Zimmer war modern und barrierefrei. Nachteilig das Zimmer war sehr warm und zur Hauptstrasse raus und dadurch relativ laut bei offenen Fenstern. Mich persönlich stört das aber nur wenig. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen und es auch empfehlen. ”

Friendly staff. Not the biggest variation at breakfast but it was still good and had good options + you can ask to get eggs from the kitchen.
