Appartamenti a Alt-Mariendorf U-Bahn

“Posizione ottima e appartamento molto silenzioso. Perfetto per 2 persone, ma adatto anche a 3. Buona vacanza!”

“Units were clean, but layout was a bit confusing for a large family. Individual apartment facilities were very basic. Full kitchen amenities were in common area and was fully stocked. Showers were extremely small. Entry through restaurant outdoor seating was unusual. Very convenient to many eating establishments of various ethnicities. Close to bus and U-bahn routes.”

“Decent area, clean spacious apartment”

“Leider kein WLAN und Fernbedienung fehlte.Wohnung war sauber ”

“Great place to stay located in a perfect spot. Easy to get to trains within a 5 minute walk. I would recommend!”

“Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (3/5)Sehr gute LageGute und schnelle Kommunikation mit HostDurchschnittlich sauber.Lage an einer Straße, aber mäßig ruhig.TV/Stereoanlage eher für Dekoration vorhanden.”

“Proprietaria gentile, comunicazione efficiente. Casa non proprio pulitissima ma tollerabile. Per il resto tutto bene”

“The host, Lukas, was great at answering messages. He responded quickly. The problem was our requests were not resolved till a day before we left. For example, the place was for 4. We had two hangers, one of which was broken.no new hangers till last moment. The coffee machine (crucial) was broken. When finally fixed, it was the day before we left. The bed in living room didn't have a spread (shown in pics of place) so people had to sit on bedding, not good. The beds squeaked. 1st bedroom just...

“Weder Fotos noch Beschreibung stimmen. Ankommen eine einzige Enttäuschung. Statt Sesseln und Stühlen nur unbequeme Bänke.Nur zum Schlafen nicht zum Aufenthalten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht”

“Excellent neighborhood with lots of good restaurants nearby. Lovely, large apartment was perfect for us and our grown children with theirs SO's. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Einwandfreie Wohnung, sehr einfacher Buchungsprozess, schneller Kontakt, U Bahn in der Nähe sorgt für super Bindung zur Innenstadt”

“Sconsigliato a chi desidera dormire durante la giornata. Dalle 8 alle 18 è praticamente impossibile riposare per via dei rumori dell’officina sottostante. Per il resto tutto ok, compresa la pulizia.”

“Bene sono soddisfatto pienamente”

“Multiple complaints about the key to the main entrance being missing were answered with standard emails without any real help or response. When I called the number provided, a call back was promised, but it never came. Apparently, the expectation was that every time I returned—and in Berlin, that can sometimes be in the middle of the night—I would ring the neighbors' doorbells. They were very helpful, by the way. And the problem was known throughout the building. And apparently, the owner hasn't...

“This is a charming large flat in a lovely neighborhood! There was plenty of room. There are many great restaurants nearby with vegetarian options. The coffee shop down the street served the best oatmeal I have ever eaten. Public transit is close. The neighborhood has many small boutiques. We found a boutique that makes beautiful handmade custom clothes. The flat owners were lovely to work with and check-in was easy. We will definitely stay again!”

“The apartment is every bit as perfect as the pictures. It looked so perfect online I had my doubts. We were a group of 9 and we definitely had room for more. The apartment is very spacious with tall ceilings and large rooms. At night, it is so quiet! The neighborhood is perfect! Close to transportation, shopping and terrific restaurants. A big shout out to Coffee Pony, we ate breakfast there every day and this I will miss the most! Dinner at Wirthaus Heuberger and Renger-Patzsch (we went...
