The Space:

Nestled in tranquillity and authentic charm in Lanzo d'Intelvi, this stunning multi-storey detached house is the ideal choice for those seeking a relaxing stay surrounded by history and comfort.



The entrance leads to the ground floor, where guests are welcomed by a warm and characterful environment. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen in classic style, enhanced by genuine vintage furniture in perfect condition. The kitchen is provided with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals. A separate space also houses a washing machine, particularly useful for longer stays.



Also on the ground floor is a large and bright living room, featuring a striking bow window that fills the space with natural light and atmosphere. The furnishings, consisting of original Empire-style pieces, armchairs and comfortable sofas, invite conviviality and relaxation. A Smart TV is also available for guests.



Going up to the first floor, you reach the first sleeping area. Here you will find a spacious double bedroom furnished with refined original pieces. This room offers a welcoming atmosphere thanks to its wooden floors and ceilings, and is equipped with comfortable armchairs and large wardrobes. From the bedroom, guests can access a large balcony — perfect for enjoying peaceful moments at dawn or dusk. This floor also features a charming small bedroom with a "Napoleonic"-style bed, compact in size but ideal for younger guests. Also on this floor is an elegant, fully appointed bathroom in early twentieth-century style, featuring refined fixtures and a spacious bathtub.



A wooden staircase leads up to the second and top floor, designed to offer additional privacy. Here you will find a spacious room with three single beds and another double bedroom, both tastefully and characterfully furnished. This floor also has a modern bathroom with shower. The windows offer stunning views over the garden and the surrounding mountains, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere.



Outside, the private garden is equipped with outdoor furniture for pleasant moments of relaxation, making the house perfect for families or groups of friends in search of tranquillity and authenticity.

Lanzo d'Intelvi is one of the most renowned locations in the "Valley of the Comacine Masters" — a place where time seems to move at a gentler pace. The neighborhood surrounding the house is quiet and residential, immersed in a natural context of rare beauty.

Just 15 minutes away, the iconic Sighignola Belvedere — famously known as the "Balcony of Italy" — offers an incomparable panoramic view over Lake Lugano and the Swiss Alps, stretching from Monviso to Monte Rosa. For thrill-seekers, the area is also a popular destination for downhill mountain biking, with trails that wind through breathtaking alpine scenery.

Only 5 minutes away, the historic Funicolare connects you effortlessly to the valley below, adding a charming and practical touch to your stay.

Sports enthusiasts will feel right at home: the area offers immediate access to tennis courts, horse riding trails, and — for golfers — the renowned Lanzo Golf Club, one of the most evocative high-altitude courses in Italy. The property offers easy parking in the immediate vicinity, making luggage loading and unloading effortless.



For those preferring public transport, the area is served by the ASF extra-urban bus lines, which regularly connect Lanzo with the city of Como and the Argegno ferry terminal. From Argegno, you can board the iconic Lake Como boats to reach gems like Bellagio or Varenna by water. A must-see local attraction is the historic Argegno-Pigra cable car, offering one of the most spectacular views in the region. For active travelers, the area is a paradise for cycling and e-biking, with several local rentals available to explore the mountain ridges without the stress of traffic.
