Hotel vicino a Altare di Santa Muerte - Città del Messico

“It was a comfortable room, very clean and the host was friendly and helpful. The room was small, not enough space, but it was comfortable for 2 people. The location is excellent as we just walked to main spots of the city. I will recommend for the price and convenience.”

No...

“the first room they gave me was extremely noisy. music till 5 AM. totally absence insonorization of the room”

“Overall, the stay itself was good, and I'd come back but the service left something to be desired. I checked in late at night, so I understood that check-in was kept to the basics. That part was fine. What stood out more was the general feeling from the staff throughout my visit: it often felt like they didn't really want to be there, and not one of them ever introduced themselves by name, so I can't single anyone out good or bad. I went up to the rooftop bar a couple of times at night, and...

“The balcony was especially appreciated for watching the Mega Procession of Las Catrinas and street life. A comfortable chair for reading would have been appreciated. I will definitely suggest family and friends stay at Hotel Bellas Artes.”

“It was my fourth time at the hotel that I loved because of the position, the services and the great breakfast. This time I unfortunately found some fault; the water in the room had no pressure and it was very difficult to have a shower, the lyft had some problem on pushing the bottons but the worst thing was the stuff, infact I asked for four times in person for a document and twice via email, the told me there was not problem at all but I have never recived the email, really don't understand”

“The staff was great and helped with all of our needs. We loved how close we were to el Zocalo and all the restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.”
