“room was ok. the food is so so. and the cutomer service is weak. i booked a two night stay (guaranteed payment) and when i arrived i got no room fo they gave my room to someone. their reason was i ddnt arrive the day of my reservation. even if i arrive the morning after, they should have not given my room to someone else without contacting me or verifying with me”

“Booked 2 rooms for my family and I on expedia. After a hours of travelling we tried to check in and were told only 1 room was avilable despite paying for 2 rooms already. My family and I were tired from the trip. The front desk staff were not helpful at all! One of them thought the situation was funny that they overbooked. The others did nothing to try to help us resolve the situation. It was another guest at the hotel that told us we should contact expedia and so we did. Expedia consultant...

“The place was good and within access to the areas where I went, however I can't give a totally pleasi g rating since the only toiletry provided was a roll of tissue but none of soap and shampoo. Also a bottle of water perhaps may have been good. Overall the stay was satisfactory given the price was affordable. ”
