“This was my 4th or 5th stay at Tikal Futura Hotel. My room was on the 8th floor this visit. The room was nice and big with a very comfortable king size bed and great walk-in shower. When I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming letter signed by the GM. (legit signature, not a stamp or copied letter) and a very nice welcoming gift. “Los propietarios son amables y muy serviciales. Están siempre pendientes de los huéspedes. La ubicación del apartamento es excelente ya que está cerca del aeropuerto y muy accesible para el medio de transporte. Las camas son confortables pero las sábanas no son limpias, están llenas de pelos; al igual que las habitaciones tienen lo necesario pero no son tan limpias. Los baños los encontré sucios... ”
