“I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. “Lovely hotel, really enjoyed the quiet, calm setting at the foot of a steep mountain, with the sound of a stream rushing by and wonderful gardening including tons of flowers. Adding to the peace and quiet, the rooms are in separated cottages, with fireplaces, big comfy beds, good linens, and outdoor seating. “This was incredible. If you are looking for a 5 star resort this may not be for you , but if you want a real authentic experience with an incredible view , I mean incredible. (This is saying a lot as I am from Alaska and have a high level of expectation for views ) the family that runs the base camp and restraint were so sweet this was one of the most memorable stays I’ve had in my life.
