“Avremmo dovuto essere solo di passaggio per una notte mentre andavanmo alla isla del sol, purtroppo ci siamo ammalati. Per fortuna eravamo in questo albergo dove abbiamo potuto restare 3 notti e restare in camera anche dopo l'orario del check out in attesa della partenza dell'autobus. Camere pulite, doccia calda, riscaldamento in camera (con termosifoni, caminetto, o termoventilatori, a secondavdelle stanza), fondamentale la notte (temperature esterne intorno a zero a inizio luglio). “Incrível! A vista para a ilha e o lago é surreal! O quarto é amplo, bem decorado. Tem sistema de aquecimento, cama confortável, wi fi com boa conexão e o chuveiro, com água quente, tinha uma boa vazão de água. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso, com fartura e servido na sacada do quarto! Os profissionais eram acolhedores e super prestativos.”

“Beautiful location, perfect view of the lake and near by the dock. The place is run by a young couple. They only have 3 units so very tentive to our needs. The wife is an excellent cook, better than restaurant food we had in copacabana. We had one of the best meals. ”

“Struttura discreta all'esterno; sala colazione modesta e piccola; camera e bagno molto piccoli e senza finestra; la camera aveva una finestra parzialmente apribile all'interno di un corridoio dell'hotel. Il distributore di acqua potabile conteneva acqua non controllata che ha provocato conseguenze intestinali ai clienti. Rapporto qualità prezzo non favorevole.”

“Facilities very nice, the view, the beds were great but hot water not working well, only staff we met, left in the rush to social event and didn’t come back at all so neighbors had to fix breakfast for us in our room because there were no key to get in dining room , access with luggage also difficult because it is located a the top of the mountain ”

“Quite a walk from town (and as of Mar 2026 the road is under construction), front desk not 24hrs, no restaurant or deli onsite. Very minimal staff but the one employee we saw was very friendly and helpful. The property will be very nice once repaired. Our room was missing a window covering, bathroom window taped shut, no soap. Good value for the price but would choose to stay elsewhere next time. The Llamas and cats were the highlight of our stay. ”
