Relax Refresh & Reconnect Lakefront on Autumn Lake, 3min to Salmon River

2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage two level cottage sleeps 7 (3 Queen beds and 1 twin daybed located off the living room). Reconnect with nature, family and friends while recharging as you relax at La Bella Vista. This cottage has lots of character! Stunning custom stone gas fireplace in the living room. High living room ceilings with custom exposed trusses. Lovely hanging chair to overlook the lake in the living room while you sit by the fireplace and read a book. 55" smart tv in the living room. Red recliner to kick back and rest after a busy day of riding recreational vehicles, boating, swimming or fishing. Large dining table for family fun. Located just minutes from the world acclaimed salmon and steel-head fishing on the Salmon River, steps away from Autumn Lake for action filled bass and pan-fishing. Breathe deep the air is clean here! This is cottage 6. This cottage is situated overlooking breathtaking Autumn lake, next to cottage 2 on one side and and overlooking the sand beach on the other. It's the best spot on the lake!
Every cottage has it's own fire pit for enjoying s'mores.
Lovely landscaping and a man made beach area with boats. The beach is shared. I have lots of boats *no additional charge* so no group will ever go without.
Come visit us, unplug, refresh and reconnect with yourself, family and friends; you will be so glad you did!

Cottage amenities include: Fully furnished lake front cottage with gas fireplace, full size appliances in kitchen, relaxing soaking tub with hand held sprayer in one bathroom and in the second bathroom a full size shower with glass door, 55" smart tv with satellite, Wi-fi and use of various boats on site with flotation devices.

Fish, Ski, snow shoe, bring your ATV or snowmobile-Out the Door on the C5 Trail/ Access to Oswego County ATV at the end of our driveway! Enjoy the amazing Tug Hill trail system while you visit us and ride.
*Tv with Roku channels, Netflix and Wifi provided.
Come visit us, unplug and unwind, you will be so glad you did.
*Please research season dates for all recreational vehicles. Atv trails open April and close mid October, I do not have exact dates as they change every year. Trails are always closed for hunting season. Please make sure the vehicle you ride is approved for our trails.

Relaxing stay

We had a 4 night stay. The weather was not so great,but we had a cozy comfortable place to stay so we enjoyed ourselves anyway. My wife particularly enjoyed a nice soak in the oversized bathtub

Wonderful Accommodation

We enjoyed a long weekend of snowmobiling and sledding. Snowmobile trail is at the driveway; Very convenient. Cozy, clean, warm and comfortable. Brian was very responsive. We had lots of snow, the driveway and walkway was nicely cleared.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

We rented this cottage last minute for a quick getaway with our family and it was perfect. The fireplace kept the whole cottage cozy and accommodations were exactly what we needed. We stayed for 2 nights. The kitchenette had plenty of kitchen tools to use. Being on Autumn Lake gave a picturesque view to wake up to. Check in and check out was easy to follow. I would suggest bringing your own pillows & stopping at the Walmart on the way in Center Square for essentials as there are not too many close markets. It was quiet, lovely and would love to return for a summer stay. Thanks so much for the great accomodations!

Exactly as described

Enjoyed a relaxing long fall season weekend. Cozy, very clean cabin with everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Wifi and cell service worked great, even through some passing weather. Enough room for the whole family to enjoy themselves. Nice outdoor setting with great views and outdoor space for any need. The grill and deck was a nice touch. Fireplace was a very nice added touch. Would like to enjoy in the warmer months to take advantage of the beach and kayaks provided. Close to fishing and beaches. Will be staying again and recommend to friends/family!

UTV stay

Property is nice and quiet. More geared for naturalist , fisherman. Tough with trailer as driveway ( one car width). We stayed for the" Buck run " . Possible for snowmobiling too. wont be enough parking.

Great family vacation

Despite less than ideal weather, my family’s cottages were cozy, clean,and comfortable. The owner, Brian, has done everything to ensure his guests’ enjoyment. You can easily see that great care went into his planning and aesthetic design of the cottages. My family had a wonderful time kayaking, hiking, playing family games and cooking together. Thank you Brian!

We had such a great time during our stay. We were at La bella Vista several years ago. You guys have done an amazing job with the property and cottages. The only thing I could say to improve is to tighten the adirondack chairs, Many were loose. Hope to see you again.

Great place to stay!!

This is our second time staying here for a week long getaway. We loved the upgrades! The kitchen looked great. It is nicely centrally located for day trips to Alexandria Bay and Boldt castle, Syracuse, Lake Ontario and skaneateles! We hope to come again soon :).

The inside of cabin was cute. No usable wi-fi. No. closets. No washer/drier. No dressers. No desk. No deadbolt, cheap locks and glass exterior door. Tiny corner shower in huge room with backwards opening door at top of steps.. Hit my head every time I had to bend over to pick up soap or shampoo. Only clothing hooks located over toilet. Yuck! Shower caddy inutile. Bathroom door and bedroom doors opened outward. Bedroom door hits stove. Multiple interior steps with no railings. Platform beds too low and reading lights positioned so that they shine directly in eyes.. Site overdeveloped with cabins on top of one another and no privacy. Construction across the lake noisy. Kitchen table too large for location with flimsy chairs. Chipmunks/Squirrels in walls.

Perfect Cabin

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this cabin on Autumn Lake. It is absolutely perfect! The location is stunning and has the back drop of the perfect fall setting. The location is exactly why we chose to stay here again this year. It is a five minute drive to the salmon river. It is so easy to get up and go fish, come home for lunch and then hit the river again in the afternoon. There is a great gas station and dollar general less than 10 minutes away for any last minute items needed. Pulaski is just a quick drive as well. The cabin is clean and well maintained. There is a full size refrigerator and freezer with all the cooking utensils and dishes needed. There are several streaming options for TV at night with a gorgeous fire place. We love this place and look forward to staying again next year!

Perfect getaway

Cozy, well-kept house on Autumn Lake with great views, easy lake access, kayaks and canoes free and easily usable for guests, and warm ambience. Perfect size for 4 adults and 1 child, with everyone able to have some quiet privacy within the house when needed. Thank you for a wonderful new family memory.

So much fun!

This place was amazing, truly a hidden gem. The owners have obviously put a lot of love into the property and the charm and design is absolutely adorable. We loved the patios and giant bathtub. The lake was clean and a really nice area and we loved taking the boats out. The cabin had everything we needed, and the Roku tv was a nice touch for rainy days. We went to nearby Salmon river falls, the beach, and to Destiny USA during our stay - all great family activities. We will definitely be back!

Great visit

Beautiful cabin situated in the woods overlooking the lake. Hanging out on the private dock, using the community beach and enjoying the private fire pit overlooking the lake was great. Whole family caught fish .5-1lb largemouth and Sunfish. The bass aren't big but they bite hard and put up a good fight especially on lite great. Kayak around this lake or through the small 50' canal to the next larger lake. Neighboring kids were swimming as the water was warm and very clear. Make sure to bring swim shoes as the weed bed is fairly high in this shallow lake (there are some deeper parts). Was very quite but didn't seem to be many folks staying when we were early in the week so felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Communication with host was fine and pleasant. Check in easy as showing up and walking in. Had all the essentials. If looking at this location I would absolutely give it a try! Will most likely book again for green cabin or yellow cabin. Thanks

Cottage is very pretty and is exactly as pictured. Two local dogs freely roam the property; friendly, but not convenient with our leashed dog. Lake is very shallow. There are fish, but very small so that was disappointing. Every person staying there while we were there said the same. Would be much nicer if the leaves were raked out of the water at the shallow beach area-feels gross to wade in slimy leaves. Boats need a little work. Not one flat bottom boat had working oar ports; had to take one off another to have a pair. Kayaks and the canoe were nice though.

Perfect little getaway

I wanted to get away and go somewhere relaxing. This was the spot. We stayed for the week and barely saw a soul. There were plenty of offsite suggestions in the binder but most are a good drive away. The site had plenty of boats, canoes, and kayaks for everyone. The fishing is great for kids. The dogs also had a blast. The cabin was so cute and cozy. I should have read more of the description before booking, but it does not have a dish washer or washer/dryer, but we made it work. Point of the story, I would highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Loved the location. The lake was beautiful. My husband and youngest daughter kayaked one morning on the lake and enjoyed it. They saw turtles and a muskrat. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable place.
