This beautiful home offers everything you need during your stay in Ruidoso. The cabin features an open floor plan, rustic features, and a gorgeous view of the mountains. The main living area and kitchen easily flow into each other, and the cabin feels very spacious and open. There is a wood burning fireplace centrally located in the main living area, and situated around the fireplace there is a sofa and two chairs to rest and relax in comfort. Furnished with three plush couches and two chairs, the living area easily accommodates a small crowd. The cabin features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including the master bedroom and bathroom.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, the second and third bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, and the final bedroom features four twin beds. Each of the bedrooms has gorgeous windows and plenty of space. The home has a large flat screen TV in the main living area. All of the bed linens and towels are provided during your stay at Mountain View Rendezvous. We take care of your linens and towels after your stay for you, but the home does feature a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven. Stainless steel cooking and eating utensils are provided and stocked in the cabin. The open concept allows you to socialize with friends and family while cooking and taking care of the dishes. A large bar top provides seating for four in the kitchen, and you can eat more formally at the adjoining dining area which provides a large dining table that seats eight.

Able to sleep up to 10 people, the Mountain View Rendezvous is ideal for either families or groups of couples. While the hiking trails, slopes and natural beauty of Ruidoso will likely keep you happily occupied during your trip, youll also find plenty to enjoy at the house itself. This includes an outdoor hot tub as well as free Wi-Fi. The Sierra Blanca mountain range is visible from the pine-speckled property. The large deck is perfect for relaxation during the warmer seasons, and features great views of the surrounding mountains. Along with a seating area, the deck includes a grill and a table. A hot tub tops off the experience. The massaging jets of water are wonderful after a day of hiking or shopping.

Paved roads lead to a circular driveway which can accommodate multiple cars. All the roads in the area are paved, but in winter months 4-wheel drive is recommended. Please contact us at our office if you have any questions or would like to make a reservation.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation please review the following policy. An administration fee of $35 will be charged to all cancellations 14 days or more in advance, unless a reschedule has been agreed upon. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged a 1 night fee including taxes and are subject to all other nights the Cabin or Room is not re-rented. If you do not show up for your reservation you will be charged in full. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Trip Insurance to protect your investment. UCLC's signed rental agreement will take precedence over any 3rd party booking site policy.
