Impressionante 3 piani, 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni vanta una vista mozzafiato da oltre 2.900 m² di casa climatizzata appena fuori Ruidoso, New Mexico. Oltre 3 ettari di proprietà montane offrono privacy e ampio spazio per escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta e a piedi. Godetevi scene mozzafiato dal grande ponte di legno duro e patio privato della camera da letto principale. Inoltre, un pozzo del fuoco in pietra all'aperto recentemente aggiunto e un'area ricreativa con comodi posti a sedere, enormi blocchi all'aperto di Jenga, palloni da calcio, frisbee e giochi offrono ore di relax sotto gli alti pini con lo sfondo delle montagne della Sierra Blanca e Ski Apache. All'interno vi è un'attenzione immacolata ai dettagli con pavimenti in legno di hickory, soffitti alder a volta, finestre incorniciate, banconi in granito, armadi personalizzati e finestre in legno massicce. Un ampio soppalco al terzo piano e una tana extra al piano inferiore offrono spazio abbondante per famiglie numerose con bambini o per una vacanza in montagna di amici e famiglie. Due grandi schermi piatti da 55 pollici a LED con canali satellitari premium, lettori DVD e accesso internet wifi forniscono intrattenimento all'interno. Poker chips, carte, puzzle, log Lincoln, frisbee, palloni da calcio e un nuovo biliardino sono stati appena aggiunti. Un vialetto moderatamente ripido, molto lungo e tortuoso offre sorprese infinite nella neve usando i piattini e le slitte fornite. Una griglia di propano in acciaio inox Weber sul ponte principale è pronta per l'uso mentre assorbe i mirini superiori. Una volta arrivati, troverete poco motivo per lasciare questo rifugio di montagna. Donald’s cabin is in a gorgeous location that offers privacy and a little seclusion. Incredibly clean and well stocked cabin and the fantastic beds will make it hard to get yourself out and about because they are so comfortable. Views are amazing and the outdoor sitting area is stocked for roasting smores and enjoying each others company. This place is so amazing that the hardest part was going off to enjoy the sights and activities of Ruidoso because this cabin will make you want to stay in!

The Host is an amazing person. Very caring and helpful with anything you need. This beautiful house was so cozy & extremely clean! We had 4 kids and 6 adults. Very spacious, gorgeous views! Nice deck with a big table. All the beds are comfy. Everyone slept so good! Kitchen has all you need. All the bathrooms are a nice size.Outdoor area with fire pit is really cool & the swings. Lots of deer, so that was cool for the kids.You won't be disappointed!!

The cabin is well located on the outskirts of Ruidoso. Its an easy drive to recreational areas of Ski Apache and the nearby snow tubing place.Pros - The main floor and upper floor look new and upgraded. The deck has great views. Cons - The basement could use a slight face lift. The final climb to the front of the garage is tricky and could be outlined in the welcome package instructions. Donald was reachable throughout and a great host.

AMAZING!! We have stayed in several properties in Alto/Ruidoso over the years and this was the absolute best. The views are absolutely stunning! Communication with owner was like no other. I really felt like he cared that we had the best time ever! He even took the time to mail my sons air pods he left behind. House is super clean, well stocked and has a great layout and location!

We loved our stay at this cabin, it was clean (which is a must for me), location was perfect for a family tired of the city we got what we needed a quiet relaxing weekend. We had no issues what so ever. Property manager reached out to us before arriving making sure we knew everything we needed to know and kept checking on us through out our stay. We had no issues at all cabin is just as pictures show but much better in real life everything was so clean and perfect. Highly recommend this cabin, it’s definitely on top of our list now and can’t wait to go back.

This is a terrific place - everything is exactly as advertised and the pictures don't do it justice. The view is spectacular and the sunsets were amazing. The cabin itself is very nice and clean. Lots of room for everyone. Donald was was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice relaxing property. Great views of mountain peak and small valley below. Furnished nicely. Property manager/owner was quite kind, communicated well, and was responsive to any needs. We were quite pleased with this rental experience!

The home is beautiful and was a great family getaway. The views are fantastic, the neighborhood is quiet, and the home is not too far from downtown Ruiodoso. The owner always kept in touch to make sure our stay was perfect and even sent weather updates when a snow storm was coming. We will definitely visit again.

Enjoyed a very nice Christmas in New Mexico! The house was wonderful in a gorgeous setting and there was plenty of room for all 9 adults in our family plus our 10 month old granddaughter celebrating her first Christmas! Mr. Munoz was a fantastic host who checked on us periodically to be sure that everything went well on our stay! Would definitely go back!

Wow! Stunning and that was just the cabin. The details put into the property was amazing! A cute little welcome sign a small gift for us to take home. The cabin was fully stocked and communication with host was fast and easy! Everything from a welcome text to a less than 5 minute response to my questions. This has by far been the BEST BnB stay ever! Might I add how clean this property was! This coming from a clean freak! The views? Fantastic! I am beyond grateful for this find truly an amazing property!

If gorgeous views and multiple outdoor spaces are what you are looking for this home has you covered. Loved seeing all the wildlife every day-deer,elk and birds. Kids loved the swings and playing horseshoes. House was stocked with all the essentials…coffee,paper products,spices etc. Mr Munoz was very helpful with any questions we had. We all decided that it was a great vacation in New Mexico.

After not being able to gather as a family for 18 months due to COVID, we rented this amazing Alto cabin for our family reunion. The property is amazing! The perfect combination of breath taking vistas with first rate accommodations. Additionally, the owner is great. He made sure that we had everything we needed to have a great time at this amazing, mountain retreat. Can't wait until we get to come back!

Our family most enjoyed the different outdoor areas at the house to eat, play, swing, read, relax. There was always one of them in the shade which is nice in the summer. The house was very clean and well stocked with nice amenities (soft PB towels, comfortable beds, nice soaps / detergents, etc). The location has wonderful views of the mountains all around, which is why we chose the house.

This spacious house had lots to do inside and outside, and beautiful views for when we just wanted to sit and relax. The kids didn't want to leave! Great location -- pretty isolated with lots of animal sightings, but close enough to other things you could want to do. Donald was a wonderful host.

As the elder (and therefore financier) of our Father’s Day get away we wanted a nice place to retreat from the summer heat and enjoy quality family time. That Is what we found...but much more was enjoyed. The owners have kept this property in pristine condition. The property is very clean, well stocked, and Has plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. A major bonus is the owner actually checked on us throughout the two day stay to make sure all was well. This weekend get away was very relaxing mainly because of this fantastic property!

Beautiful cabin, very clean, nothing is missing, the owner very attentive and friendly, excellent quality in the beds, the kitchen does not lack anything, everything in excellent condition, I highly recommend it 😃

Where it begin?! This beautiful home, set high on a hill with open 180+ degree views to Sierra Blanca from the main living area was perfect for our active multi-generational family of 9, ranging in age from 12-76. Walking in the front door on arrival there was a collective "WOW" as we stood in the great room, taking in views of the mountains as well as our accommodations. The scenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is simply spectacular, and the interior is equally impressive: beautifully yet comfortably furnished, and immaculately clean. Wood floors and granite countertops gleamed. The kitchen is so well stocked utensil-wise for cooking, we lacked for nothing. The pantry, amazingly, is equally well stocked--a fact we weren't aware of before making our grocery run. Be sure to check it before you shop! Likewise the bathrooms, from bandaids to shampoo to lotion (much needed in the dry climate) to multiple rolls of toilet paper and plush towels--ours with our initial on them even! (Ha--we share a common surname initial with the owners.) The kids young and old enjoyed the foosball table. There were decks of cards, poker chips, games for the kids and not so young kids. The large flat screen TVs never even got turned on! Though we looked forward to the fire pit and s'mores, it was a bit cold for evening sitting for this group, half of whom had come from FL. Cold didn't hamper the evening star gazing though, with an incredible array of visible stars, and even some shooting stars. Wildlife was plentiful with elk and deer visible daily grazing below us, and shed antlers discovered daily in our hikes from the house. I could go on and on (in fact have), but to sum it up, it was a perfect getaway for our group. As a topper though, one of our group spent his entire career in the hospitality business, and Donald Munoz, the owner, would be tops in that industry. He's friendly, attentive and readily available to answer any questions quickly, as well as offer suggestions on things to do. It's obvious that he genuinely cares about his guests. His written explanations of the operation of everything from fireplace to heating system was spot on and a tremendous help in settling in comfortably. We all awoke the morning after our departure sad not to be in "our" house still, looking out at "our" mountains. It was a terrific week and could not have been a better getaway for our Christmas get-together!
