Nuova costruzione completata nell'agosto 2011. Questa bellissima nuova casa è immersa tra i pini e i ginepri nel Country Club Alto Lakes. Goditi l'enorme ponte e le grandi finestre per vedere le spettacolari montagne e vallate. Questa è una casa a due piani, master, bagno padronale, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, letto per gli ospiti e bagno, cucina, ponte principale e lavanderia sono al primo piano. Il soggiorno esterno e la zona pranzo sul ponte sono coperti. Il secondo piano ha una sala giochi con un futon / divano e un tavolo da biliardo per intrattenere e due camere da letto per ospiti extra. C'è un balcone fuori dalla sala giochi dove si può godere di più viste. Godrai di un facile accesso nella suddivisione e nel vialetto. Sarete a 13 miglia da Ski Apache (sci da neve o snowboard) e 7 miglia dalla località turistica Ruidoso. Sei a 10 miglia da Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino and Resort. La pista da corsa di Ruidoso Downs dista solo 12 miglia di distanza. Questa casa è perfetta per brevi soggiorni per soggiorni prolungati. Relaxing Getaway

The most relaxing vacation we have taken as a family. The home was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool table upstairs and we loved the recliners downstairs. Can't say enough about the view, it was spectacular. The first floor has amazing windows that show off the gorgeous mountains in the distance. It also had the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful Views with great accommodations

We rented this home for a month and truly enjoyed our stay, the views and the wildlife are just amazing. The accommodations were great. The owners were very responsive and provided many suggestions of things to do and places to visit while staying in Alto. Highly recommend and would definitely consider renting it again.

Great, premium place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The pictures are representative, but the view from the porch is awesome, so much so that the pictures do not fully do it justice. Communication was terrific with the owners, with quick response and turnaround to any questions we had. This is a premium, luxurious place to stay. The price reflects that, but we found it worth it! The home is very well-appointed and quite comfortable. We will definitely have this at the top of our list of places to stay should we return to the area.

Hitchcock stay

We love Alto/Ruidoso and loved the house. It was clean, fully stocked and ready for our stay. The only negative we had was the traffic. The cars on High Mesa was constant and driving way to fast. Many were construction trucks that going WAY over the speed limit. We love to walk and the traffic made it difficult. Obviously, this has nothing to do with the house or the owners. That was wonderful!

Perfect House

House was exactly as advertised, beautiful home. Nestled inside a golfing community this house easily accommodated our seven adult and five kid family. Kitchen and bar was spacious, game room entertained the kids and deck and patio was perfect for relaxing, and those views!!! Property is well maintained, not run down like other places. Did I mention the heated toilet seat in the master, lol. All kidding aside, wonderful house, will stay here again

Loved this beautiful home! Our entire family had lots of room to play games at the dining room table! Enjoyed the balcony in watching the many deer roaming around and the best view of the mountains! Very nice Neighborhood! Felt very safe and secured.

Lovely mountain getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful mountain home! The location and views were breathtaking! The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and provided everything we needed to prepare meals. All the amenities in this home were first class! It was a perfect place for our family and friends to gather and have fun in a gorgeous setting. We had the opportunity to meet the owners and they were very nice and welcoming. Ruidoso Downs trip

Great place, location was quiet and not congested. The house was ideal for the amount of people we had in our party. All the amenities were there and the wi-fi was great for my work reports. The home owner was very responsive to all questions and information. I wish I’d known there was no shower in the master bedroom but not a big deal. Other then that we had a great stay and long weekend here. Would definitely recommend and stay again
