Acquista i nostri negozi di antiquariato, artigianato e specialità in Alto Pass. Visita i nostri frutteti locali per mele, pesche, nettarine, fragole, mirtilli e molti altri prodotti di stagione. Quindi rilassati nella quiete, nella tranquillità e nell'ambiente privato dell'Alto Guest House, una casa vacanza / cabina nel sud dell'Illinois. Abbiamo completamente rinnovato una piccola casa accogliente e caratteristica e l'abbiamo trasformata in uno spazio più vivace e contemporaneo. Abbiamo aggiunto più spazio con soffitti alti e abbiamo dato molta luce naturale.
Due camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Un soppalco è disponibile con due materassi gonfiabili gemelli. La cucina è dotata di microonde, fornelli elettrici, lavastoviglie, frigorifero e alcuni piccoli elettrodomestici. La sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente sei persone. Il grande ponte di 24 x 8 piedi attraversa la parte posteriore della casa con vista sul cortile recintato e sui boschi sottostanti. Impostazione privata.

Indicazioni: a 15 miglia da Carbondale, l'Alto Guest House si trova appena fuori dal villaggio del Passo Alto. Dall'alto passo vai a ovest verso Bald Knob. The Peach Barn sarà alla tua destra. Rimani sulla strada a destra, Milligan Hill Road, per circa due miglia.
Siamo a 15 miglia a sud-ovest della Southern Illinois University a Carbondale.

Nice getaway with the grands. We also brought our pup which was accommodated without issue. Close to walking trails and KinKaid Lake. Had a very nice few days of hiking, boating, and hanging in the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend!

The property was as described and clean! There are a few extras that were wonderful, coffee, sugar, and bug spray! It is located near wineries and hiking. Hot tub was great after long hikes. We did not realize it was pet friendly which caused our allergies to act up but that was our fault for not reading closely.

Absolutely a wonderful place to get away from the big city. We needed to unwind and just relax. This was the perfect place. The cabin was great with everything we wanted and needed. Hot tub was a highlight. Quiet, peaceful and serene setting. Spring was in full bloom here. Exceptional views abound on the property and the surrounding areas. Thanks to the hosts for making this a favorite!!!

We stayed 4 days with our pup who enjoyed the fenced in yard! Despite the rainy weather for half of our trip we were comfortable in the house. It had everything we needed to cook and relax. Utlized the hot tub a few days as well as hiked neary Giant City and Ferne Cliff.

A friend and I and our sons (who are BFFs) booked this home as a little spring break getaway, to get our city kids out into nature. It was perfect. The area is beautiful, and the house is so charming. We spent time hiking in Giant City State Park and Shawnee, relaxing in the hot tub, and just enjoying our time together. The house is really nicely set up for a family or a small group. The boys, who are 10 and 11, were obsessed with the loft area. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunrise our last morning, and all the stars we could see both nights. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The beds were comfy, and the WiFi was speedy enough for what little screen time the boys needed. My son is already begging to go back, and with all the wineries and orchards nearby, I imagine we’ll be visiting again soon! Thank you!

Fantastic little cabin, perfect location for wineries and outdoor activities. If you've never been to the area you are missing out. Everything is exactly as described and our stay was excellent. It was great to find a pet friendly location, the fenced in back yard is an amazing feature for dog owners. We will definitely come back.

As a quick summary - my fiancé and I planned a long weekend to celebrate my birthday and to do our annual planning. We’ve stayed before in 2022 and had a good stay but this one was just not it. Issues:- check in was Friday 1/10 on Wednesday 1/8 I hadn’t heard anything from the host so I reached out. I had concerns since area had lost power earlier that week and offered to reschedule if needed. Host confirmed all was fine. We did end up checking in a day early due to additional snow coming. - WiFi didn’t work at all. I told the host this 1/9 and had to reach out through 1/11 for updates. Having to continue to reach out, send pictures of router, etc was inconvenient. Also we would have rescheduled if we had known this was an issue upfront. -DVD player also didn’t work and we let the host know-ended up leaving 1/11 instead of our check out on Monday 1/13 because I was spending more time reaching out to the host and trying to fix the internet vs our plans. Let the host know and completed all check out duties prior to check out time. Didn’t hear from them until later that day. I did ask for a refund of remaining two nights due to wifi issues causing us to leave early. I hadn’t heard anything so reached out again on 1/24 and haven’t heard back.
