Tutto il necessario per una vacanza ideale a portata di mano. Amaca in riva al lago, coperta, coperta, buca per mais (gioco da tavolo a sacco), altalena, percorso di camminata / jogging / corsa di 2 miglia, dock 33ft (frusta e scala da bagno), vasca idromassaggio per 4 persone tutto l'anno con TV, zattera da bagno (10 piedi di profondità), ormeggio (13 piedi di profondità), due kayak da 10 piedi, canoa da 14 piedi, gommone / barca a remi, Solo Stove (camino esterno), camino a legna, legna da ardere, canestro da basket e grandi stelle. Nove minuti a Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion [luogo del concerto fka Meadowbrook], undici minuti a Gunstock Recreation Area [sci invernale sulla neve, funivia estiva / percorso fune / escursioni] e sedici minuti a Weirs Beach [classico Drive In, portici, passerella, spiaggia, ecc.].

Tre camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale ciascuna, una sala giochi con letto a castello [due gemelli] e un letto singolo. Quattro unità pompa di calore / AC, grande griglia propano 6 fuochi, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, Wi-Fi, cavo HD, Mr. Caffettiera, macchina K-Cup, lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Nota: ci sono letti standard per nove, ma la proprietà può ospitare fino a dodici - sono disponibili tre letti pieghevoli "full size" Millard Premium con materassi memory foam [le culle standard sono larghe solo 26 "... sono larghe 38"]

What a gem! My family and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend, and it was such a treat. I’m a runner, and it was great to be able to use the nearby trail to get my runs in on quiet side roads; the grandparents enjoyed taking out the kayaks; fishing was super easy right off the dock, as well as helpful stairs for getting right into the water. We all enjoyed swimming out to the nearby floating dock and playing the popular and plentiful board games in the cozy living room at night.A highlight for everyone was the hot tub! Soaking in the tub overlooking the beautiful lake was so easy and relaxing. The yard was also spacious enough for corn hole and other lawn games with plenty of seats for spectators and a few lounge chairs for those who enjoy laying out in the sun. The outdoor speakers were amazing and set the mood for high-energy games during the day and relaxing around the outdoor fire pit at night.We couldn’t ask for a more gracious, communicative, and friendly host! The house was well stocked with the basics and we were very appreciative of all the outdoor seating and grill for easy grill nights with the fam. An extra bonus was the chocolates so thoughtfully placed on everyone’s pillows on our arrival! Thank you, Jamie!

Location, Location, Location!!! This family home is located at the end of a very quiet street with plenty of parking for multiple cars and boat trailers. The views of the lake from the wall of windows is breathtaking! We brought multiple motorized watercraft but the hosts provide boats for paddlers. Swim raft, hammock and solo stove (with wood) were an added plus; there is even a hot tub which we did not have the time to enjoy. Great 2 mile walking loop for exercise. Jamie was very detailed in his communication and in-house instructions were clear. Hope to return to Acorn Acres!

Just what was needed

This location is a fantastic spot on the lake. The house is well laid out, has fantastic amenities and the nice little touches make you feel like you are home away from home. Jamie is a great host, very responsive and is a quick phone call away if needed. Just what our family needed.

This is a great property, well maintained, with all of the amenities that you typically need. Plus its only a short drive to several restaurant's, stores, and shopping. The owner is extremely responsive, accommodating, and was also very proactive with communication as well. We stayed here 2 years ago and will stay here again.

Perfect Winter Vacationing!!

Ice fishing, skiing, tubing, snow mobiling, Mountain train rides, Ice Castles. Need I say more?? Oh Yes!! Much more!! Coming home to relax in hot tub, whole family sitting down to a meal with an unbelievably well stocked kitchen! Then ending the night with Family board games or curling up in front of fireplace to read a book. Waking up to watch planes landing and taking off on the beautiful Frozen Lake Winnepasauke. What a beautiful vaca!! Well worth the 8 hour drive from NJ!! Cant wait to go back & experience this home and all its amenities in the Summer!!nosrd games...or

Wonderful Lake House!

House sits right on the water with excellent views from the porch and main living area. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials as well as many toys (hot rub, canoe, kayak, fire pit, etc.) The owner was very responsive and really knows how to manage rental properties. We fully recommend this VRBO property and will likely come back next year.

Great location and great amenities. The view is absolutely amazing, interior and exterior spaces are comfortable and spacious, kayaks and a canoe were nice touches, the dock and swimming platform made swimming easy and fun. Easy access to Mt. Major and other hiking, as well as local restaurants.

Perfect Location for a Grande vacation with family

This property was absolutely amazing. Our family had a fantastic time and enjoyed our stay very much. This property had everything we needed for the week. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, private and quiet. The location was very close to shopping, activities and restaurants. July 4 Vacation

This is our 2nd stay at this property, and we will be going back! The host is very accommodating and responds quickly. This home has absolutely everything you will need for a comfortable and wonderful vacation stay, from the amenities to the location - you can't go wrong. This property is in great condition and it is very obvious that the Host takes great care of the property. It is also impressive that he took the time to prepare a "House Book" that outlines in detail everything that you need to know about the home and what it has to offer and where to find it and how to use it, local attractions, activities and mileage. He has thought of it all!

Great cottage

This cottage is outstanding, especially for a family. The hot tub, beach, dock, kayaks, canoe and swim raft are steps away from the house- which is in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. The 2.3 mile walking trail is perfect for kids and dogs. We keep coming back and it gets better every time!

Alton Bay

This is our second time staying at this property. We are a small group of retired FDNY. We come to laconia yearly for bike week. The Home and the property are amazing and the owner takes well care of it. If the views weren’t enough Jamie has all the amenities and accessories there to enjoy yourself.Close to dining and wiers beach.I highly recommend staying here if your visiting or vacationing in the area

Fantastic Family Vacation!

2 loads of towels and 1 load of linens were left on washer for us to do, house had many fruit flies, couldn't figure source until went to throw away a bag of garbage, there were hundreds of flies and fruit flies in storage bin. the garbage cans are hard to get to and to small, this situation must have existed for some time.2 bed were full not queens, just needs a little upgrade, otherwise place was great.

Wonderful Property!

This property had everything we could possibly need for a family vacation! From the size (3 bdrms plus the 2 sets of bunks in the finished basement, the interior living space, large kitchen area with everything you could need provided), to the exterior with the dinghy, kayaks and canoe, corn hole, hottub, covered deck, chairs and lounges, hammock - wow! I"ve stayed at other lake front properties, and this one is by far the best fit for our family. We had lake friends visit for the day and there was plenty of room to park their pontoon and jet ski at the dock, with another jet ski at the mooring. The swim dock with the seat-backs and pop-up table were a nice surprise! The home was super clean and they provide linens - one less thing to pack =) Mini splits a/c and fans in every room. Any kitchen appliance you could need - another nice surprise because i usually bring all that with me. Plenty of parking! We had 8 vehicles one day. And the communication with this owner was outstanding! Clear, concise instructions and immediate responses. Just wonderful! Highly recommend.
