Lodge a Altopiano appalachiano

“Overall is was a nice place. The communication with the owners was great.”

“This was our second time staying in one of James’ property. This house has the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The only issue I had to give it a 4 star is the guest bedroom with the bunkbeds, was hot and did not have an AC unit in it. When we arrived it was 78 degrees in that room and it only got down to about 75 the rest of the time. The shade in that room was also broken and it wouldn’t close without doing it manually. “What a cool place to stay! Very unique. Diane and Don did a great job of having every thing you could ever need and a lot more. Great trail with archery, hatchet throwing, a Library in the woods with a two person hammock to relax while the read. They even supplied fishing poles, tow boat and game room. The tent and fire pit set up was excellent. We will definitely be back!”

They clearly care about their property and want renters to have a great stay. The cabin is nice. A very large deck off the main floor has great views. The bedrooms feel newer, the bathrooms are really nice, and the water pressure is great. Little touches like wrapped toothbrushes, toothpaste, and spa-quality shampoo, conditioner, and...

“It was very nice and a breath of fresh air.”

The property felt private and secluded while still...
