“The owners of the Kozy Katy Retreat absolutely deserve a 5 star rating. The floors, counters, apliance choices, and shower stall all reflected a quality of being professionally designed. “The cabin is sooo peaceful and quiet across from the park w/the lake within easy walking distance. Host was very understanding about a request we made and for me locking the key in the cabin. Definitely will stay again when I need to come up that way from Alabama again, if it’s available. ”

“This was our seventh stay at the cottage! Since our last visit, they had replaced the hot tub, the chairs outside, the chairs in the living room and a new refrigerator! It has always been very nice but these updates were awesome!! Our next trip is in May, which we look forward to. Thank you, Bambi and Richard!”

"The room we had had a really really old tub and toilette room. It wasn’t as described in the pictures. The room was smelling bad, like humid and old. The only updated thing was the bad and tv."
