This was the first time on our cross country trip this happened. The staff in general did not seem friendly. Also there was no water or towels in the workout room. ”

“Room was not clean, there was food and grime on the desk, front of mini fridge and night stand. Sink and toilet in bathroom had not been cleaned. We went to Dollar Tree and bought clorox spray and wipes to wipe everything down and clean the bathroom. However, the beds were changed, clean and nicely made. We had come to go swim in the pool and it would have been nice to know before booking this hotel, that the pool was closed until further notice. It was a bit of a surprise and disappointment...
