“I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now while visiting family in the area. The property itself is very nice—clean, well‑maintained, and in a great location right off the interstate. The staff has also been friendly during both of my stays. However, both times my mom and I were placed in the exact same room directly above the atrium, and that unfortunately made the stay much less restful. The noise from the lobby carries straight up into the room. Late at night you can clearly hear people talking...

“The front desk and breakfast room staff were very kind and helpful with tips for future stays. The facilities were very clean. The room temp was just right. The breakfast room had plenty of good food to select from. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. ”

“This hotel is just okay. The rooms had a weird musty smell which could be because the AC was set to 74 degrees! The bathrooms need updating: the toilet didn’t flush well and the toilet seat was cracked. The breakfast was fine with typical offerings. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly! ”

“I can’t say enough about the people who work at this hotel. I accidentally booked two rooms for 1 night instead of 1 room for two nights. Expedia didn’t want to help me but after calling the hotel they let me know how to get around this and worked to make sure I got things corrected without having to pay for the extra room as Expedia said I would have to. ”
