“The staff throughout the whole resort were amazing and very helpful. Our check-in was kind of a cluster but they were quick to make it up to us. All in all we had a great trip because everyone was so accommodating and nice. ”

“I know it was early in the season, but the breakfast area was lacking because we left on Friday and they refilled the muffins & yogurt which there was none except for blueberry & no yogurt the whole week.”

“Rooms definitely need an upgrade. 1st room we checked into was nasty so they moved us. Didn’t get much sleep because walls are paper thin. Sounded like people up talking all night were in the same room with us. Food was delicious at HKs Restaurant and front desk clerk that checked us in was great. Unfortunately we will not stay there again.”

“It was stated that check-in is at 4:00pm. We arrived at 6:00pm and were told our room was not ready and to check back in an hour. We came back at 7:30pm and were able to check in but when we entered our room it appeared that it had never been cleaned from the previous occupants. We hauled our luggage back down from the 8th floor, were given a new room but then were presented with what appeared to be blood droplets all over the comforter once we pulled it back.
