“The room was very nice and the size of the room was excellent.”

“I believe the suite had just been rehabbed. The fixtures looked new and the paint was perfect. No dents in the cabinets. It was quiet and there were geese on the lake shoreline. I sat outside and watched them for quite a while. I never saw them again but they were worth it. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was good. “At the hotel. Everything was amazing. The downside of it was Expedia Bad customer service. Bad understanding and communication. Unuseful staff not booking through Expedia ever again.”

“Westgate Woods resort is a great place for families to spend a weekend away however, my family did not get to enjoy the two televisions within our cabin due to Sutton outages but overall, I give an 3 Stars… just wish you all would upgrade your appliances and add more ways to charge our electronic devices as what was available to charge Our devices was also outdated.”

“Not happy that the jacuzzi tubs in rooms have been removed but still show up in the pictures. Alot less appliances in room then before. Dvd player is no longer in room and the bed feel like you are sleeping on bricks. Been coming for years and always loved it. Disappointed in what they call upgrades. Then the hot tub was broken and not working. Super sad.”
