“Just wish there was more safety in bathroom toliet set low so was hard to get up and walk in shower was slippery and no hand rail but I’m just extra cautious”

“Needs serious updating. Door window frame to our room is broken. Blinds are broken/malfunctioning. Room and lobby smell musty. Check in staff did not explain how to get to location of our room—we were told to “go to the three buildings” for your room. That part was correct, we found the three buildings. However, we were on the bottom of three floors and parking around the back side was where we should’ve parked. We had to figure out which building and which floor without any signage to help us....

“The standard room is nothing more than a Motel 6 set up and over $200/night. The doors are on an exterior walkway and have cracks that let in air, noise and light from the walkway outside. We could hear snoring and full conversations through the walls. The continental breakfast was breads and yogurt. The indoor pool was ok but only 3.5 feet deep and the only place to swim; the outdoor swim up bar was wonderful but you cannot swim in it. This is not a resort.”

“we have stayed here many times and like the convenience of where the property is located to get out and about in Branson. a lot of times we never make it to the pool, but when we do it has always been well kept up. the kids like the little miniature golf course and the activity room. Very friendly staff and personnel. Really liked the updated condo we stayed in. the shower was great and plenty of hot water, once we figured out the water lever was backward to what we were accustomed to. Not...
