“Incredible hotel. Staff is amazing. Rooms are elegant and comfortable. Spa is unique and impossible to describe. Food is just incredible! ”

“The reception staff were disappointing. While I was speaking to them, they were also serving customers in the restaurant, which felt unprofessional and inattentive. The bathroom was also in very poor condition and needs urgent improvement. Overall, not a satisfying experience.”

“The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, providing detailed information about the accommodation, its services, and all the wonderful things to see and do nearby. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious sweet and savory choices, all carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The accommodation is exceptionally well maintained and comfortable.”
