This vacation home, with 90 m² of living space, is located on the edge of the nature reserve, right next to the Teßmannsdorfer Tannen, where you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in complete tranquility.

The house is designed to accommodate up to 6 people and features 3 separate bedrooms (1 double bed; 2 single beds; 1 bunk bed).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and much more.

In the living room, you’ll find a cozy sitting area with satellite TV and a fireplace; the dining area, complete with a table and chairs, is integrated into this space.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and washing machine; there is also a separate guest restroom.

A terrace with patio furniture is perfect for barbecuing, relaxing, and unwinding.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating.



Bed linens and towels can be booked upon request.

The entire property, which includes four vacation homes, is fenced in.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
