"Overall, our stay was fairly good, and the hotel met our expectations in terms of facilities and comfort. However, I feel the need to highlight an unpleasant incident that occurred on the morning of April 22nd. It was our first morning at the hotel, so we weren't yet familiar with how the breakfast service was organized.
