“Had a great time with family. Enjoyed the nicely set up fire pit & the very relaxing hot tub. They have most anything you may need in the kitchen and more. Kids loved Hazel the horse next door and the outdoor games was a nice touch. The poperty was mostly surrounded by trees making it feel like your own little peaceful retreat!! Melissa was great and answered any questions we had. This would be a top pick when coming back to this area. ”

“The cabin was wonderful. Perfect for our getaway. Having the pond right outside was great. We booked specifically for this. I had wonderful time fishing. The only negative is the listing map shows the Cabin in Logan rather than mcarther. Drive time to Hocking Hills sights is roughly the same, other than attractions in Logan. Will definitely stay again”

“I had a lovely stay at the Jay Bear Retreat's cozy cabin for my solo hiking trip to Hocking Hills. The cabin was immaculately cleaned, and it had everything I needed for meals, showers, and a comfortable sleep after a day of hiking. The location is good for getting to all the Hocking Hills highlights. Overall, a great place to stay that I would happily return to for my next Hocking Hills trip.”

“We stayed for Labor Day weekend. It was a nice quant cabin that was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was ready when we arrived and it was super easy getting to and in the cabin. The location was great as it was close to most of the hiking trails. We loved the hot tub and firepit. ”

“House and kitchen were clean. Aged but comfortable. We really enjoyed it. The hot tub was dirty so we missed one night but the staff clean jt right away. The bedroom upstairs was slanted downhill by about an inch or a bit more from the one side to another which was a bit surprising. . ”
