“I made my reservation in Orbitz and these people have no clue that I had a reservation when I called them before check-in they said that they had no reservation for me. And that all their rooms are full. What a mess! What confusion. The Reservations guy says that they don’t know what Orbitz is. ”

“Bathrooms were not in good condition, and the beds were also uncomfortable. There was a foul smell coming from the water in the washroom, and we were not able to use the water properly. Staff is good But Please do not mislead customers with images next time. Thanks, Pratyush”
