“Clean modern hotel, great staff. Sometimes they couldn't understand me, but then they would call in someone who could speak better English. I stay here four days, took a trip the staff helped organize and then returned to this hotel till I left Mandalay. I started walking around the area. Stores and restaurants were close so I could avoid the healthy taxi prices when I was hungry. The road is torn up in front of the hotel but I feel sure it will be reapaired eventually. Try the shaved ice cream...

“Ho soggiornato 4 notti in quest'hotel. L'ultimo giorno, nel pomeriggio, prima di fare la doccia mi sono accorto che dal rubinetto del lavandino usciva acqua verde e non c'era acqua calda. Avvertita la reception dell'accaduto e verificato quanto sopra non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema e l'unica cosa che sapevano fare era quella di ridere. Veramente assurdo. Dopo 2 ore e mezza mi comunicavano che stavano avvertendo il manager di quanto accaduto. Pochissima professionalità....

“Très bon séjour à Mandalay ! Arrivé de bonne heure (6h), accueil agréable, Check in fait pour 9h, très arrangeant et gentil. On a même eu le petit déjeuner en attendant la chambre. Chambre propre, eau chaude met du temps à arriver. Vélo disponible gratuitement. Petit déjeuner un peu léger, demander à ce qu’on vous prépare des œufs. ”

“L'albergo si trova in un vicolo che senza aiuto non lo si troverebbe facilmente, la reception ha un che di angusto. Ho pagato per una camera superior ma mi hanno dato una standard alludendo al fatto che le avevano solo così. Il personale farfuglia un inglese incomprensibile e non sanno consigliare per le escursioni o visite in città. Pessimo davvero”
