“The host greeted us at the gate with keys and a quick tour of the lovely property. This house is the best location in which we have ever stayed: Attention to detail is evident everywhere from the bed and bath linens to the kitchenware to the overall design of the unit’s layout. Very clean and brightly lit, yet with excellent privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and quite suitable for a stroll to view others' gardens. Guest comfort is paramount though and through.”

“Casa de Abbades biedt een paradijselijk verblijf aan tussen druiven, sinaasappels, mandarijnen, kiwi's en perziken. Gastvrouw Madelena zorgt met haar man Luis al zo'n veertig jaar voor haar gasten opdat deze herenboerderij kan blijven bestaan in al haar goed onderhouden glorie. Ideale ligging in de Minho. Veel beter ga je niet vinden.”

“We stayed here a few days. Amazing place. Very attentive and the restaurant in front is also a hidden gem. The host was attentive along with her sisters who own the restaurant. We will be returning for future getaways. ”

“Super logement qui répondait à nos attentes, emplacement parfait proche des fêtes de Ponte de Barca.On se sent comme chez nous. Il manque juste un petit lave linge pour que le logement soit parfait.”

“My stay at this place was great, very quiet place, big property with small vineyards and a great swimming pool. Mr Ernesto was great and flexible with the check in and out (5stars to that) Nice couple of rooms for a couple each, kitchen is full equipped but oven (has a wooden oven outside) The only thing that I can mention is a lack of a full indoor living room which the bit outside is great for it any time of the day if good weather... if not is also ok and you always can burn some wood/coal...

"Esperienza positiva, ottimamente localizzato, hotel datato, ma tenuto in ottime condizioni e lo stile retrò di molte decadi fa, aggiunge piacere alla permanenza, vale molto dipoiu di un normale due stelle. Posizione super super. Colazione di buon livello. Disponibilità per colazioni veloci e light in caso di necessità di check out mattinieri, cosa unica!!! Ero stato qui circa 10 anni fa, stessa accoglienza e i prezzi erano ottimi, purtroppo ora in giugno sono aumentati molto."
