“Homemade breakfast was amazing. Had glass of wine and homemade cookies upon arrival. They showed us to our room and told us a little about the property and where all the amenities in the room were. Overall a great experience.”

“All of the staff were great and the room was spacious, clean and good storage. It's close to the train tracks so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper.”

“The apartment is incredibly fresh, and well designed & equipped. It’s located in a nice neighborhood surrounded by cute coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants and the train station- which passes at 7am and around 9am. We didn’t mind the noise, but it’s something to take into consideration if you’re a light sleeper.”

“Friendly staff and clean but small rooms. Too high of a price but it was a concert weekend. Can’t open drapes in rooms without letting everyone walking by see in so it was dark despite sunshine. Great location but be alert for night time walking—lots of seemingly unhoused people around that kept to themselves. I felt safe and stayed on semi-alert mode when walking around. Micro and fridge but no coffee or microwaveable cups provided.”

“The room was clean. My room did need some minor repairs which I notified the front desk on leaving. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard as you will find with most chain hotels. I personally would like to see a more upscale breakfast like the ones the Residence Inn used to provide. The location is very nice as it is just across the street from the Wilamette River and walking trails.”

“Room was clean and the bed so was comfy! The perfect pillows and sheets. Saw some recent reviews about poor cleanliness of rooms, but ours looked and felt great. Lots of people stayed here after a Cuthbert concert and there was somehow zero parking, so I had to park in kind of a sketchy spot near the loading zone. Aside from that, I was pleased and would definitely stay here again!”

“Very friendly Staff, and perfectly reasonable room. We were there for a very hot couple of days and air-conditioning worked great. The only thing that was a little disappointing Was the breakfast offerings. But given the price point, I would probably stay there again.”

“Upon check in, I would say it was disappointing to get a second floor room with no elevator and a huge suitcase i had to lug up the stairs as a disabled person. Additionally, I received a call near midnight that my credit card had declined and I was required to come down to the office immediately to resolve. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected banking issue and with the time of notice was unable to create a solution for payment. I voiced my concern that this wasn't caught on check in when I could...

“First off, plz change the misleading first picture, you charged us 180 for a very low quality motel. Stop blaming 3rd party apps. You are capable of denying their help. Second, we live in the 21st century... Plz at least bare minimum update your ID and CC methods. If the DMV can do digital IDs so should you! Also... Train the staff... Comments that are condescending "you trying to open a locked door" when we are coming into the lobby is neither welcoming nor helpful specially when the door was...

“The staff were great. For the price I paid, I expected a little more. The bathroom door was cut in a few inches below the handle so that way the door could swing in and not hit the bathroom sink. The staff were the shining stars of this place. The rest was mediocre.”
