“El desayuno fue excelente, el espacio completamente adecuado y el staff tuvo un buen trato todo el tiempo con nosotras. Sin embargo habiamos solicitado un apartamento con balcón y nos dieron uno en un rincon, el sofá parecía tener pulgas pero con ayuda del staff nos ayudaron a con la limpieza del sofá, por lo demás muy buen servicio.”

“Been staying at Andidos Florencia for the past 5 years and my experience with the staff and the food has been exceptional. You can see some things need upgrade already due to the past of time but they try to keep everything up to standards . The manager is always there and willing to help and accommodate the guest. “No one at front desk had even rudimentary English, or even tried to communicate. I left my luggage with the hotel staff 3 days before my check in (on the way to the jungle tour). Apperantly, no record of it was made on my reservation, and it took me some time to get it upon my check in No hot water - it was just luke warm. “Hvis man søger fred og ro er hotellet perfekt, idet det ligger 5 km uden for byen. Det er meget uheldigt, at det på Hotels.com er angivet at ligge midt i Leticia bycentrum, hvilket er helt forkert og misvisende. Men det er rigtig søde ansatte på hotellet, der har en dejlig og ren pool, store hytter og masser af grønne områder. Bestemt et godt opholf.”
