“This hotel looks grand in the lobby, but is becoming run down. The carpet was bad, rooms are older and damp. Elevators were grimy.”

“Room was clean bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool area was nice. Exercise room was spacious with good equipment. There were no wipes for the equipment that would be helpful for the future”

“Not much of a breakfast. We went to a restaurant. ”

“All of the staff was personable and focused on your comfort. It was also extremely safe. No entrance after 11pm without a room key. No use of elevator without a room key during all hours. Parking lot inspections were performed regularly. The area seemed very safe, but all the extra precautions were excellent for a solo traveler.”

“Only issue was the shower. Had a ridiculous lack of water volume/pressure. Not near enough for the variable shower head to even begin to function as it should.”

“Its beautifully done, great little restaurant with outdoor seating, great snack bar and breakfast . Room spacious with great amenities!”

“Booked two nights from Expedia. On the first night, I was badly bitten by a bed bug. Captured it alive and showed it to the front desk, then switched me to a new room. However, it is too late, and I cannot sleep anymore cause it always feels like there are more bed bugs. Had to cancel the second night and have been waiting for the hotel to deal with it. However, no one has ever contacted me, nor has there been any update on the refund for more than a week.”

“Quick drive to the airport. You can not use their airport shuttle if you book on Expedia or third party app. But other than that it was a nice hotel”

“The hotel is 5 min away from CVG Airport. 3 min away from the highway and 10 min from Hebron. It is well kept. It provides hot breakfast buffet with so many options to choose from. Housekeeping was shorthanded. Meaning beds were not made but, towels and toiletries were changed on a daily basis. Yolanda, the breakfast area server is very friendly and helpful.”

“We stayed overnight with our cat and purposely booked an accessibility room that was stated to include a visual fire alarm. The room was accessible for physical disabilities with wide bathroom door and walk in shower, it was not equipped for people with hearing disabilities such as myself. There was only a smoke detector without any strobe light, not useful for those of us who are deaf. The room was great otherwise but was a disappointing at best in terms of ADA requirements.”
