“The breakfast was not what I expected. The place needs some work and it smelled of smoke.”

“Very clean, nice staff, quiet location. Only complaint was that another guest and I stood at the front desk for about 20 minutes before the attendant returned. I was locked out of my room and needed to get back in quickly.”

“Place was clean . The pool was nice. The staff was friendly. It was a very basic breakfast but it was really good. The shower had bad water pressure. Other than that, it was nice. It was on a good location .”

“This hotel wasn't the nicest hotel we stayed at, but would stay at again. It was clean but definitely not the most up-to-date hotel. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only real complaint I have would be that the hot tub had so much chlorine in it, that we couldn't even sit in it because it burned our eyes so bad.”

“The staff was great. The hotel was wonderful!! But I wouldn’t book though Expedia. They tried to change my reservation at the last minute and give me a room with a king size bed. I explained to them that I was staying with my 17 year-old grandson and was not going to share a bed, that it was unacceptable. And I booked the room way in advance. Expedia kept calling me several times probably 12 times total. and two times at 12:30 in the morning, after I was in the room and asleep. The person I got...

“Bedding was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Room carpet was not clean. There was a lot of dust on things. There was a hair on the phone that didn’t work. TV also didn’t work. I called for maintenance and no one came.”

“There’s a breakfast but not many options, (not good if you have any food allergies like myself) just some bagels, muffins, cereal, oats, juice and coffee/tea. The room was ok, there was a bug that crawled out from the corner beside the bed which was kind of icky, but besides that it was clean. It’s 5 minutes away from Kings Island amusement park and was the cheapest option we could find that close. The front desk guy was very nice when we checked-in, and overall it was fine for a 1 night stay...

“My family stayed here this week because our air conditioning went out at home. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the pool and my son loved the breakfast! Highly recommend.”
