“Our room bed linen had stains, our face/body towels were heavily stained. Surfaces were dirty. Our hall (4th) smelled bad everyday. Seems like truck drivers & construction workers pay to park here. The parking lot literally had no parking & we stayed for 3 days & really didn’t see any people go in & out of the rooms & hotel! There was 1 elevator & no one was ever in there with us. Like a zombie hotel :(”

“No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. ”

“This place is great!!! We have stayed twice over the past few months!! The only thing I would suggest is for the pillows to be bigger. Love the feel of the pillows they have!!!”

“Dirty rooms, found live and dead bugs in the bathroom and room. Room smell tobacco. Blood on the unchanged sofa bed sheets. Poor quality breakfast. Right on the highway with noice all night long, REALLY bad experience. We only stayed 1 night instead 3.”

“Condition of the property is well kept. Hot tub is a bonus. Didn’t partake in the morning breakfast. I would consider a return visit. Wish they had showers, almost took a fall getting out of the tub, very slippery.”

“We try to always book a Hampton Inn. The breakfast is more than just a stale muffin. They have eggs, meat, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, etc. There was plenty of parking. Room was clean, and the beds were comfy.”

“Friendly staff and a well maintained property. Easy to get to airport but not so close you would here planes all day. Also good restaurants nearby.”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our truck had a Dead battery and this awesome young lady who works there came over to us and offered to help. Her husband was there to pick her up and he was able to jump start our truck. They were both awesome. Sorry I can't remember her name but we are very grateful for their help. ”

“The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The staff (with the exception of the African American lady) were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and inviting. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book/stay again next year when we’re back in Ohio for Nationals!”
