A stone's throw from the historic center of Amboise, near the train station and in a quiet area, our house of 146 m2 on 2 levels will be ideal for a stay with family or friends. Its location will allow you to visit the superb Châteaux of the Loire.

As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the brightness of the ground floor which is facing south with 4 windows.
An entrance gives you access to a tastefully decorated 50m2 room.
You can take advantage of our lounge area with a large comfortable sofa, two redesigned Louis XIII style armchairs, small coffee tables and a small flat screen. For the pleasure of adults and children, table football is available. A space dedicated to beautiful moments of conviviality with family or friends.
A dining room is at your disposal. You can receive up to 8 people with whom you will enjoy sharing our Touraine specialties !
A beautiful open kitchen gives you direct access to the terrace and its dining area. Fully equipped and ultra modern, it includes plenty of storage, hotplates, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine . A kitchen kit will be at your disposal, for the 1st night only, it includes: garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, and a kitchen towel (kitchen groceries: salt, pepper, oil. .will not be provided.
Its large work plan will allow you to concoct delicious meals !
On the ground floor, a bathroom with toilet is proposed.
The sleeping area is accessible by a modern staircase in wood and wrought iron.
The first bedroom will offer you a view of the Château d'Amboise. Bathed in light you will enjoy enjoying the sweetness of Tours. It is composed of a double bed (140cm×190cm) and a desk. Ideal for working on your few files.
The second bedroom, with a very refined decoration, has a double bed (160cm×200cm) and a large wardrobe. Perfect for putting down your suitcases !
The third bedroom is great for your little darlings! Very functional with its bunk bed and 3 single beds (90cm×200cm), your children will be delighted with their "sleepovers" ! A cot will also be available.
An ultra modern bathroom completes this level. It includes a bath-shower, a large vanity unit with its mirror and a towel rail.
We provide you with all the household linen and the beds will be made upon your arrival. You will have a large bath towel (150 x 100) per person, a bath mat for each bathroom and a tea towel for the kitchen.
For the bathrooms, you will also have a necessary for the 1st night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper.
From the first days of spring, you can enjoy our large garden, facing south, and have our outdoor poufs.
Our house is located in a residential area, absolute calm is therefore assured !
The little extra: an electric charging station is at your disposal with an additional fee.
Arrival is when you want from 4 p.m. (without the possibility of early arrival) until midnight. Departure is no later than 10 a.m. (no possibility of late departure).
The entrance to the house is AUTONOMOUS using a key box.

You will be a 5-minute walk from the train station and a few minutes from downtown Amboise.
During your stay in Amboise, you can go to your market every Friday and Sunday morning (the largest in the region), visit the Royal Castle, the Clos Lucé (former residence of Leonardo da Vinci), stroll on the Place du Château, in the pedestrian streets and their shops, appreciate the emblematic Patisserie Chocolaterie Bigot (an institution in Amboise) and enjoy a walk on the banks of the Loire (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), go to the swimming pool (open July and August)... All this in the immediate vicinity.
The cities of Tours and Blois are 35 minutes by car, and the famous Beauval Zoo 45 minutes. You can also visit other Loire castles nearby (Chenonceau, Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont…), fly over the region in a hot air balloon or go down the Loire in a canoe kayak !
Amboise train station is a 5-minute walk away, the A10 motorway exit 15 km away, bus lines also within walking distance.
