“The setup of this condo was perfect for our family of four, with two being teens ages 14 and 16. We ended up hanging out at the pool all day every day, and enjoyed the peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. We were able to take Ubers to get to restaurants and the downtown area, you just have to walk off property. We checked out the sister resorts, and Estancia was definitely the best choice for the vibe we were going for- private, peaceful, and pretty. Staff were very attentive and kind. The pool guy...

“If you are looking for a condo layout that affords a blend of togetherness and privacy for your group and/or family in a safe, relatively quieter part of PV, this is a great spot. We saw whales daily, rays jumping out of the water, enjoyed the swimmable beach, and took advantage of the option to cook for ourselves or get food served poolside. 15 min drive south of Zona Romantica with easy access to bus or taxis if you don't want to rent a car. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. ”

“We loved this beautiful condo with great views. It was quiet at night. Yes, be prepared to hike up the steep hill to get to it but if you're in good health, it's not a problem.”

“The Hacienda property and this condo were absolutely fantastic. The unit had everything you could possibly want, celaned promptly everyday aty 11, fully loaded with extras and building 5 is the spot to be with the shortest walk to pool, gym. Onsite spa was fantastic. Cannot say enough positve about this place!!!”

“The place was centrally located in Old Vallarta, just a few blocks from th ebeach.Amazing view of the bay as well as sunsets every night.The property itself was immaculate. As we travelled in the middle of summer, the swimming pool was pretty warm but still cooled you off.We had a vehicle and they provided us with a place to safely park it which was a plus.Easy access to shops and restaurants around the area as well as the "Malecon"I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay...
