“Activities were excellent…shared horseback riding, hacienda lifestyle, e-bikes. Massages (Carmen!!) were amazing. Food was ok but some orders were certainly “lost in translation”, and not well coordinated with the kitchen (make sure to come early to meals if you have an activity planned afterwards). Staff though were lovely. The room was a little small for 2 adults and 2 teens but only because we had lots of luggage from being on a 3 week vacation. Warm water bottles at night were a lovely...

“O quarto é bem confortável. Senti falta de uma pia maior no banheiro e de armário para guardar roupas. Achei legal ter repelente natural e uma caixinha de primeiros socorros. Para ser melhor ainda, poderia ter limpeza diária do quarto. O café da manhã é sensacional! Acho que foi o melhor que já comi em hotéis. Meus filhos adoraram o banho de banheira e a interação com os animais! O rancho tem uma linda vista! ”

“The food was good with generous portions. Five meals were served--breakfast, morning snack, lunch, tea with goodies, and dinner. Wine flowed generously as did lemonade and water. The entertainment by the gauchos was very nice--singing, guitar, accordion and drum. They also showed the dress of the gaucho and the coverings of their horse in addition to a tournament of games they play on the horse. We enjoyed a long horseback ride, but take insect repellant--flies and mosquitos. What we did not...
