“First room we were given had roaches in the phone and coming out of the crack in the ceiling above the shower. Next room we were given was obviously just cleaned. Was told it was a non-smokering room but there was smoke stains on the walls and doors. Cigarette burns all over the bed sheets and blanket. When asked for an extra blanket, was told that they would bring it to our room if they had an extra one, never came. ”

“There was bedbugs in my room i woke up with bed bug bites all over my body”

“This facility, for the most part, lived up to the expectations we have for Hampton Inns. The one way it fell short was that the eggs and potatoes were cold.”

“Excellent free breakfast, just missing bacon! Sadly, the pool was closed and there was no wifi during our stay. Room needed some upkeep and regrouting in shower. Water pressure was minimal. Staff were very helpful and friendly and public areas were clean and tidy!”

“Breakfast could have been better. Waffles were in packages. Scrambled eggs were hard. Muffins on sandwiches were dried. Carpets in the dining area needed cleaning. Rooms were fair. Control of the air conditioner was good.”
