“Grandma’s vacation with the kids was pretty perfect. Inside the apartment was clean with appropriately nice furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with tools, dishes and pots and pans. Stan was quick to help with any questions. I did notice that there were no patio umbrellas as shown in the photos. They would have made pool side more comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family. Thanks Stan. ”

“Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel. It was quiet and nice to cook our meals. There could be a few more pots and dishes. For those wanting to ski you are about an hour from Deer Valley and Snow Bird”

“Everything was very clean and easy to find. My kids loved the ponies and ducks in the backyard. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen had plenty of stuff to use. Lots of space for hanging out in the living area and kitchen. The bedroom gets a bit warmer than the other room but we knew there was no A/C. The ceiling fan and portable fan helped. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Parkside Haven! It was great for a girls weekend and met our needs perfectly.We loved the park access out back, the host was wonderful and easy to work with, and the place was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Great place to stay. Clean. Quiet. Owners very cordial and accommodating. Able to use back patio areas to relax. Vegetable garden available to pick from. Fresh raspberries too. Yummy. Will return if in area. ”

“Nice little apartment. Tasteful decor. The window blinds are probably already on your list of things to replace and a few of the lightbulbs. But overall a very nice experience and lovely location.”

“Very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was such a bonus. The home was decorated so well. It is close distance to many areas we wanted to go. It was a great stay. We would definitely want to stay there again. ”

“The condo was wonderful. Clean & beautiful view of Sunset over the Mountains from bedroom, balcony and livingroom! The A/C was so delightful to escape the heat…enjoyed the pool & spa right across the parking lot. Very spacious kitchen and BONUS was washer & dryer! It was a wonderful experience ”

“We had a great time overall and really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and peaceful location. The cabin was clean, and the check-in process was very smooth.There are just a couple of comfort-related things to be aware of for future guests. The beds, particularly the ones in the kids’ room, were firmer than expected. A little extra cushioning or upgraded mattresses could really enhance the stay. Also, the property appears to be shared with others, which means it’s helpful to be mindful of...

"Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile. L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale del front office pessimo."
