“This was a great basement apartment in a very friendly and quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very accommodating when we found ourselves without our scheduled plans due to rain and we were able to access the apartment early. We were close to plenty of restaurants and great things to do in the area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.”

“Overall an amazing stay. Quiet, clean, and beautiful space. Only thing that could be approved is none of the passwords or passcodes to the door lock or wifi was correct. Communication was just ok they answered about the wifi password days after we left. We also had to leave the apartment unlocked when we left so all of our possessions were unsecured. If they tighten up the communication this would be a 5 star! Oh they had like a billion towels which was so nice of them. And a small stay present...

“It's a basement apartment under the owners home. So if lawn mowing and dogs barking at 8am, or hearing people walk and doing their laundry until 10pm don't annoy you, then this is a great place! They have 3 very comfortable beds with great sheets, and comfortable living area! I personally think there should be no noise between 9pm and 9am. Also, don't forget to turn on the ice machine as soon as you arriveA few extra things I noticed: More than 1 hand towel and some wash cloths in the bathroom...
