“Siamo arrivati al motel molto preso nel pomeriggio e la camera prenotata e confermata non era disponibile. Se l'erano venduta. Accoglienza maleducata e antipatica. Hanno giustificato dicendo che dopo la prenotazione qualcuno aveva chiamato per cancellarla, cosa chiaramente non vera. Da fuori struttura fatiscente, apparentemente sporca, su una strada commerciale di grande traffico. Da evitare in maniera assoluta.”

“Cheap is the word here. Everything looked cheap. Thin, lightweight bedding. You could hardly call it a blanket. The floor was cold tile throughout. The lighting was inadequate. The bathroom was so tiny they had to put the washbowl and linens out in the general area. There was only one washcloth. The bathroom door had been broken on the bottom and poorly repaired. l don't know what the breakfast was like, or if there even was one, because I got out of there the moment day broke in the morning. “Very much enjoyed my stay, the room is affordable and modern, and is equipped with a mini fridge and microwave as well as a keurig machine. They also offer you free ice cream, breakfast, soup, and plenty of tea and coffee! Very much will be staying here again when I visit Orono.”

“We are on a three weeks trip across New England and we’ve been staying at any kind of Motel, Hotel, Inn… including Hiltons and other popular brands. this is definitely the best place we’ve been for its genuinity. Plenty of space in the room, which was very clean and with all we needed for our three days stay. Recommended for visiting Bangor and its surroundings.”

“New carpet in hallways. Like the breakfast but not enough seating had to eat in the Lobby . Staff friendly . Happened to see laundry room as door was open As we walked to breakfast. I question the cleanliness of the sheets, the washer was so packed with sheets I don’t think any water could get in the washer at all”

“The room was very clean and with enough space in it. Decent breakfast. The exterior of the motel is in horrible conditions (stairs/deck carpet totally wrecked, for instance) and there's no a pedestrian pathway tò reach out to the closest dining venues)”

“I love that Hotel Ursa is right on the UMO campus. It's been very convenient when I play with the Bangor Symphony, who performs at the performing arts center two buildings away from the hotel.”

“My family enjoyed our time at this property. I received a friendly email prior to arrival with clear directions and local recommendations. It is a beautiful house, nicely decorated with comfortable furniture - perfect for relaxing and visiting. We loved the location, it is in a quiet neighborhood with multiple shopping and dining options nearby. It took us about 35 minutes to drive to the Bar Harbor area.”
