Pretty decent but a little pricey cuz also not outstanding. They have a washer and dryer, but the washer didn't spin out so my clothes were dripping wet. Tried to speak with the front desk and the person available didn't speak English and nobody ever got back to me It has good minimum needs. Comfy ...

TTU is 4 miles, 3Bd/2Ba with Pool/Hot Tub -"That Peaceful, Easy Feeling"

Charming 2-bedroom house minutes from Texas Tech in the Heart of Lubbock!
