“Wonderful Lake Erie summer experience. Wake to the sound of waves, gorgeous lake views sitting in the hot tub, delicious summer fruits and vegetables readily available. House beautiful and fully equipped, pictures tell it all. ”

“Our family had a lovely time at Lakeside Retreat. The house is beautifully upadated, sunny and spacious. The hosts were quick to respond when we had a question and were gracious and courteous throughout. I highly recommend this home and these hosts!”

“Super clean, well laid out house. The pictures on the listing don’t do the home justice. The view of the water was stellar with easy access down to the water. Easy to swim/walk through the water as it’s very sandy. Host was prompt with any questions we had leading into and during our stay. ”

“What a wonderful stay we had, thank you so much Coleen and Chris! Everything we needed was there. Very clean, new, and well equipped. Close to wineries, restaurants and beaches. Nice quiet setting. Great communication with the hosts. We felt welcome from the time we stepped into this place! We love to bike ride and found the Chrysler Canada Greenway wonderful to ride on. Also, hiking through the Jack Miner forested path was fantastic. If we are in the area, we would definitely stay here...

“We had a beautiful stay at a beautiful house in the perfect location on the island. It was nice to be on the calmer side of the island. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the lake and the island. Bikes and kayaks included.”

“The property exceeded our expectations. Everything was new and spotless. The house was in a great location and had a beautiful view of Lake Erie. We enjoyed eating outside and sitting in the chairs by the water!”

"Il ns viaggio prevedeva una toccata e fuga da Detroit e per dormire abbiamo trovato questa soluzione sul lato canadese del fiume. Scelta davvero fortunata. Facilmente raggiungibile dal confine e’ in posizione ottimale per ammirare la Sky line di Detroit. La struttura è grande e curata, la ns camera con vista fiume era davvero bella come pure il bagno. Parcheggio collegato direttamente all’hotel. Abbiamo anche usufruito del ristorante sia per cena che per la colazione trovandolo più che buono per varietà e qualità. Conveniente rispetto ai prezzi USA "
