“This had to be the worst check ever at a hotel. I booked through Expedia and PAID through Expedia I arrived at the hotel a little after 11 PM. The door was locked I could not get in. There was a sign that said pick up the phone and let them know you’re here, but there is no phone. The phone had been removed from the wall I knocked on the door trying to get the staffs attention.
